The entire Europe is currently on a lockdown with businesses and offices being shutdown, the US is on lockdown, China is crawling, flights are grounded all over the place and airline businesses are suffocating. The UK just yesterday announced a £330 billion stimulus package to help businesses that are being crippled by the current shutdown; and then some persons actually think the reason China would hold back on giving out a $17 billion loan at a time like this is because of a letter it received from a faceless group?
