He did die in a hospital hooked up to a ventilator...so I daresay he had insurance. (He won't have been admitted for ICU care without it...he would have gotten some drugs in the ER and then sent home if no insurance).

Also, even if he was tested early...the best they can do for now is admit him and treat him supportively. No drug has been proven to work yet (chloroquine is still undergoing trials)

I'm glad I saw your comment. Nigerians really don't read. I kept on praying to find a comment of someone who actually went through the post, to see that he got ICU care, testing or not testing wasn't going to change the outcome. He got the best possible care at this point.
