Players like Xavi, Iniesta, Pirlo, lewandoski (most underrated striker ever IMO), robben, Suarez, Neymar, to mention few. The ones you mentioned, how many years did they stay on top, these two have been there for over a decade. There's no point in trying to compare Messi and Ronaldo to any player past or present
