mimini: Expand your business, structure your business that the business can afford to grow in your absence. Diversify into assets that can give passive income eg real estate, bonds, money market funds, Treasury Bills and the stock market. Passive income will continue to generate income in your absence, when you are sick, incapacitated and dead. 6 Likes |

Good day Bosses, With all the uncertainty caused by this pandemic, I realize the need to be careful of committing funds to any long term investments; however I can't just leave my $ funds lying in the bank (due to bank charges; I'm a freelancer), please I need suggestions on any safe $ investments I can leave my funds for the time being pending further improvements. My goal here is preservation of my capital. CC. Oga Ahiboilandgas Emmanuelewumi |

careerwoman: Opening any account with GTB is without money I.e Zero balance . Dorm accounts inclusive. Though you will still be advised to fund the account when open but that will be totally at your discretion. Also, I don't think there are maintenance charges with their dorm account. The charges you are likely to get will be transfer charges and the likes.. 1 Like |

Dear all, please does anyone know the current dollar to naira rate for black market? I’m seeing 410 but I wanna be sure and also is it advisable to change my usd-naira now considering the high exchange rate? Pls note I don’t have any use for the money now I just wanna take advantage of the night rate. Thanks |
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by chigo4u: 7:44pm On Apr 21, 2020 |
NIGHTLIFE100:412 right now. I think dollar will hit 500 this year before dropping but won’t drop less than 400. If you have anything you need the money for currently you can change but if not just continue monitoring the rates every day 4 Likes |

If you can supervise/monitor your business for a minimum of 80%, then go to business section and start reading those threads that arouse your interest. Pls beware of scammers! You will get some clues on how to start establishing your own business empires. You can start small btw. You can check out car washing( good location), real estate (start buying not-so-expensive lands and developing them to reasonable level if there can be land grabbers), farming, transport business/higher purchase and etc. Remember also that global recession is coming and it's important to be careful in choosing business to venture into at this period. mimini: 2 Likes |

Now that oil prices have crashed and keep crashing. What effect does it have on Tb on the long rum? States are worried that there won't be salary again in next 3 months. Does it mean that govt will borrow more naira locally? Is the future of tb safe? 1 Like |

What is the treasury bills market going to look like in the next 6 to 12 months; seeing the crash in oil price and shortfall in revenue available to the Nigeria government to finance its expenses 2 Likes |

Between the third and fourth quarter of this year, some people who invested in most of these High Yield Investments will realize that they have invested in a Ponzi scheme by then the bubbles would have bursted 12 Likes |

emmanuelewumi: The promoters need funds from new speculators in order to pay existing speculators, their fund raising exercises are endless until when the bubbles burst. They will find it difficult to get new funds going forward due to the current recession in the country, hence the bubbles will burst earlier than expected. 3 Likes |
