well I won't say they painted her red but changed steel u know..
As for the Missiles I really don't know since it's still on..we don't Know their plans

The want to reactivate it. The ship currently has a red primer on it.

They armour hundreds of civilian vehicles.

This one looks like it's for police, paramilitary, DSS and military special forces.

I really think Proforce would soon build IFVs like this, I can sense it.

NNS Aradu, which is currently being repaired will undertake a new role as a combat training and patrol ship due to its age and obsolescence of its on-board weapons.

Nigerian Navy should look into indigenous manufacturing of diesel electric midget submarines. These are useful for stealth patrol and surprise attacks. they can also be used by the SBS to approach and raid hijacked vessels. These sub's are inexpensive and not as difficult to manufacture as full fledged nuclear sub's which costly to buy and to also maintain.

I can't per say. What my assumption is based on is my entry on the other thread in December. The CNS will not give out a model of a frigate to a dignitary if there isn't a vested interest. See link below.
