You have land, sea and brain . that is more than enough, your next neighbour Rwanda is a landlocked country yet the country seems to be getting it right in east Africa, the only east Africa country we hear more about in west africa.


Your government can invest in what is practical and what gives better return rather than putting its hands in lion mouth . cosmetic project shouldn't be Your priority now. invest in your people life first. Even if you must invest in cosmetic project, let it be worth doing.

Gov has invested 8-10B dollars. Private sector a lot too. For example Turkana Wind Power - 300MW invested 0.7B dollars. You see we would have gone to Ghana way - we actually did it - during 1999 we had national black-out - and out of panic - we invited the world biggest generators - diesel generators that get shipped - by Aggrekos - and we had power in a month.

This what Ghana did exactly in 2013/2014. You have power blackout. You invite the Aggrekos and sign - pay or take

The total investment is a PEN maybe and it's ink if it' s a fancy fountain pen.

But the TEARS will come later. Later when HUGE THERMAL generators are shipped your way.

We learnt from 1999 -and we have been trying to get out. It wont happen for some thermals plants until 2030!!!!!!!!!!!

And that is what those thermal generators hawks do - ENSARE you and trap you. Instead of 1M Nigerian Generators - they bring one NATIONAL generator - and you'll be paying for it.

Only difference the generator is your power company - and not in your backyard makign terrible noise.

So you're slightly better than NIGERIA. Just slightly.

And those thermal generators make you sign the deal IN US DOLLARS.

Our Trillions is Reserves is only producing 450 Standard Cubic feet of Gas daily
Once we exhaust the oil in those wells, we can focus on ramping up gas extracting.

Go and learn how oil is drilled so that maybe when kenya can afford to dig those oil in Turkana, you may get employment.
