On edividend form, what does shareholder number refer to pls, is it Cscs number?

Shareholder number :- Your account number with the registrars

You don't need to include it on the edividend form.

CAVEAT: This is not a serious post. Be warned...

Something is 'paining' me...

It is doing me one kain one kain... Please if anyone knows the MD, CEO or Company secretary of Presco and Okomu oil palm, help me remind them that we are in the 21st century...

Each time I try to read through their reports, the impression I get is that they went to type it across the street at a business centre and then sent the photocopy to NSE for publication...

Haba... Let them buy computer for their secretary. I'm sure he or she will do a better job at producing an aesthetic report rather than the business centre operator.

Thanks

AIICO did a terrible job at this too when they posted their full year 2019 result and a host of them. I wonder why the people who receive those documents at the exchange can't return them back, except of course if they dont look through them before uploading anyway.

Thought you have existing dividends that you want to collect otherwise no need to include the account number as it has been mentioned

Lol, most of them don't know how to create PDF documents.

So they type it in MS word, print out and scan as PDF.

Well, you’re derailing the thread .

Audio earnings,Management use style dilute owners equity, I know they will soon be in d market for funds, even 1k they did not give back....aiico will definitely sub 40k b4 year end

It depends on your objective. If you were going to use the dividends to buy more shares anyway, you will prefer the bonus because that way, you do not need to pay tax on it. If you need the dividend, then you sell the bonus shares in the open market for cash. It is fantastic corporate finance practice.

My disappointment is that the bonus shares is only 1 for 5. I expect it to be close to 1 for 1. But then, you still do not know if the new shareholders will share in this bonus share. If they will not, then 1 for 1 will significantly dilute their own portion.

EPS 35k
Dividend 20k

This guy has become a heavy weight...
Kudos...
These guys are a wonder to behold.
To think that their dividend yield beats that of FUGAZ tells you how magnanimous their management are.

Originally
AGM 26th May
Payment Date 26th May.

However, this was changed because 25th & 26th May will be public holidays for Sallah.

So now
AGM 3rd June
Payment date 3rd June

Qualification date remains 30th April
