They still maintain the interest payment but I don't know if it's still 6.2% per annum cause it's not all the month I keep to the 100k minimum balance. I move all fund to MMF

thanks

A woman that has been good and supportive deserves a part of the will even if she chooses to remarry. She definetly would have made sacrificies for the man to acquire such properties by way of delayed gratification... etc. I would never put such clauses. Let us not encourage such acts.

I love my wife and even if she chooses to remarry after I am gone I will only wish for her a happy life with the new man and not take away from her what she had also contributed by way of delayed gratifcation etc. A good wife will honour you even in death.

A lot of men remarry when they lose their wives (inheriting their wives possessions without a will) so why should it be different for women.....
Anthony, your mother trained you well.

give reason please..... it's just saying don't depend on your salary alone..... invest

that's the interpretation I give to it

If I invest my salary and become a billionaire while still earning salary, I should be able to appreciate the process and not make upcoming youngsters feel it's worthless taking up a paid job. People still get salary of 1m and above, if they fail to be billionaire in max of 20 years then they failed. I shared formula to become a billionaire in this forum some years back. I still run that plan and it's working for me. Maybe I will be the first billionaire while earning salary. Don't believe everything you are told because I also grew up hearing this same crap.

Do you believe I still stick to TB even at 3.7%, my last investment last month. Do you believe I surpassed my 2020 target since February. Like I always say, I don't need too much money but enough to fend with while preserving my capital. The higher your capital, which is a function of your long investment, the more your interest despite low rate. This season, am still very ok as long as I surpass my targets. We are here to encourage others as I was encouraged. So those thinking they have small amount, the price is for you to start especially if you have steady salary, in few years, you wouldn't feel it as your capital must have trippled.

Oga Ahib, thank you for the compliment, but not everyone is into runs as you claim.

If you can refer someone, definitely the 1% will be credited into your account and not mine.

The way we are quick to discredit investment ideas this days baffles me. This is not MMM or some kind of ponzi scheme

I am not sure there is any part of the message that referred to you as being a fool.

If the idea no make sense to you, just move on. You don't necessarily have to use some strong fowl language.

Be polite, even though this is a faceless forum.

Not conversant with those platform yet. I always stick to what I know until I understand the bond market. Also am still trying to gather the funds as I invest monthly so might not have the required bond start up capital every month. Might attempt bond march next year, only if rates remain the same for TB

Thanks, rates are low, holding low rate for long time is risky as rates might pick up. Hoping to get at least 14% by march 2021. If it maintain this rate then I will do 2037 bond

Please can you still share the formula

It was based on minimum of 500k monthly at 14% rate. The low rate is taken care of by increased in capital above the stipulated 500k.

You are right, unfortunately the consistency and certainty of salaries does not allow most of them to plan for the unexpected.

Most businesspeople and Investors became millionaires and billionaires because they are not certain of the future and consistency of the business and investment to continue to generate money, hence they started expanding, investing the more, saving, diversifying and won't rest on their oars, in no distant future they became millionaires and billionaires, with solid Investments, business empires, making fortunes that can last them for life

Very wrong postulation

Very negligible percentage became billionaires through salary, but it is still possible to be one in Naira through continuous investments and frugality

As a woman is it proper to hand over a house you built while you were single or house which you inherited from your parents to your husband?

I have heard cases of some men who expected women to change the name on the title documents of such properties.

Is this right? Is this logical?
