But the average is meant to be from 1-4

jbonito:
Hi,
the error is simply because the UEQ is referring to your JAMB in your case as a Nigerian. Not your first degree.

Thanks a lot, one final question. I will send my documents to uni-assist next week, I intend applying to two schools. The problem I have is that the 2nd school's application isn't open yet. I know I need to submit one set of the documents which can be used to apply to the 2nd school, but how about the application form for the 2nd school, will I need to send it through courier again once it is out or can I upload it on the uni-assist website? Do I need to certify application form too?

I apologise for the inconvenience.

I will advise you to certify/Notarize like 5 sets of documents and Send to a trusted friend in Germany instead of sending direct to Uniassist......the person can now help you to send to Uni-assist and other schools you wish to apply to.......unless you have enough money to pay for Courier for each School’s application you make........Cheers
NB: look for people in Germany to help you receive your documents.....it’s very economical......I did this during my time

Visa applications are currently not being accepted

Due to the entry restrictions on all non-essential travel from third countries to the Federal Republic of Germany to contain COVID-19, the German Embassy in Abuja and the German Consulate General in Lagos is currently not accepting any new visa applications. You will be informed immediately when this situation changes.

Pls do I go ahead and send my uncertified copies to uniAssist .

Pls I need clarifications as i am currently confused. God bless you

Check if the school offers any Scholarship program. you can find this information on their website or simply call the school to find out if you are eligible to apply for a scholarship.

Because a Bachelors degree has been selected instead of an appropriate university entrance examination for a Nigerian student

Which should be a WAEC right?
Even so what will then be the average grade here. Also, our WAEC is May/June. How do we put a specific date to this since it was required

I'm about to complete my application to Potsdam too.

I initially found it confusing as well.

Yes, you are to submit your uncertified documents online via UniAssist . You are not required to mail physical copies to UniAssist. Submit online, print out the application form, sign it, scan and upload back on uniassist under the 'my documents' tab.

In summary, everything is done online. And no notarised copies are required at this time. When you gain admission, you will provide notarised copies for enrolment.

So, no stress. Let's share that money you were planning to spend on notarization and courier. Cheers!

No. JAMB is the UEQ in Nigeria not WAEC. I indicated that in my first reply to you. You won’t find JAMB on a German university page, but there should be a selection that’s more general you can use or maybe specified as ‘other’ and then you input your score.

I, just like many other had used that Uni Trier application Portal and it’s pretty straight forward.

Good luck with your application.

Regards.

Is the 2nd school application also through uniassist?. If yes , you're good to go. Uniassist will retain your documents for a year think so one set of documents is enough.

You don't need to send application form to uniassist by post. You can upload it if it's necessary to include an application form.

You should only certify your certificates and nothing more.

Please

I am applying to a school that requires a motivation letter and references for their application through uni assist. I have previously sent application to another school before through uni assist.

Please, do i need to still mail these motivation letter and references to uni assist, since they said one application document is enough for any application.
Re: General-german-student-visa-enquiries Part 8 by starboychan: 12:04pm On May 17, 2020
Upload the motivation letter and references online.
Make sure you indicate the name of the school on your motivation letter
