VSK construction to kick- start construction of 3 smart building edifice in uyo, if the words of the VSK GM is to be taken seriously. Immediately after the completion of the 21 storey building we are to construct a three skyliner edifice from next year due to more companies and institutions indicating plans to move to the state. See sample of the plan building below: architectural view

Akwa Ibom
Let it be known that the 21 storey building, Ibom international worship centre , Ibom international terminal complex, st Gabriel Coconut refinery and many more are still under construction by the turkish firm.

As the demand keep growing expect to see more of this...uyo CBD is rising

Obaboon, Facts are VERY VERY stubborn things.

Kenya has 6-7% budget deficit Nigeria has budget deficit of 5%. Nigeria spend 75% of its revenues to pay debts - Kenya spend 33%.

Nigeria budget is 22B I think now. Kenya is 30B. Just think about that. Your federal budget that depends on oil this year will probably be 10B dollars grin grin

One has fake GDP of 400B. Kenya has solid GDP of 100B.And yet cannot raise money to compete with kenya. One has army force of 350K solders...earning peanuts. One spent 1.1B on 25K army force.

You cannot fake GDP. That is why you fail the picture test.

One has gazillion of oil, arable land, name all minerals. Only 2nd to Congo.

One has no minerals, no oil, not even that much arable land- and Yet kick asr.se.

Oh you are still talking? grin I thought I cured you of that.

First Nigeria's budget is $34bn(Federal alone not counting state budgets)
LAGOS, Dec 17 (Reuters) - Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari approved a record 10.59 trillion naira ($34.6 billion) budget for 2020 on Tuesday, marking the leader’s first spending plan not beset by major delays.

. Kenya's is $28bn and full of waste. We don't do that nonsense in West Africa. Everything to an average Little Indian is about ego. Even wasteful budgets. grin

You don't kick any ass, son. Your army is ranked far below Nigeria's army. You might want to ask Kenyatta where your budget which is made up of grants and borrowings is going. wink

Imagine having more modern building about let's 20 in the next five year with state of the art cargo airport which is currently under construction, plus the 12 lane smart highway that started last month,st .Gabriel cocunut refinery, and the proposed ibom deepseaport which has reached it final stage and has received an approval from federal govt.. expect to see it surpass nairobi in a few year with those other economic infastructures coming upstream..

IT is why Lagos GDP is bigger than entire Kenya's GDP. grin

It is why you live in slums and people are starving.

It is why you are at the mercy of weather and locusts in the 21st century.

It is why you can only post a small part of Nairobi after 8000 pages. Those pictures must be begging for mercy by now. grin

Obaboon, don't ban me when you cannot face facts.

Nigeria currency to dollar is now what again 388 (black market is 450).

Now do for me a favor and divide N10.33trn divided by 388 is 26B - 2B improvement from last year

And that was budget set with fuel at nearly 60 dollar a barrel at 2.3m barrels daily.

Now think about 20 dollars a parrel with about 1M barrels per day.

Stop crying. No one is banning you. Don't use that as an excuse when you have nothing to say. A budget of $34bn was signed. Nobody knew covid19 would come. But at the end of the day, Nigeria is sailing through again. Our forex reserve is growing while yours is dwindling. tongue

Yes Buhari the primary dropout can sign anything - but he needs to start doing supplementary budget every month. His estimates were crazy - overstated oil price and oil quantities - and that was long before COVID.

Nigeria forex have lost I think 10B dollars from 45 to 35B - the slight bump is 3.5B from IMF.

The expectation by end of the year - Naira to dollar will 500 - and forex reserves will drop to 15B dollars.

Already Nigeria importers cannot get dollars. The black-market rate is inching towards 500. The Naira future is past 570 smiley

Is anybody even buying Nigeria oil now? Your oil infrastructure is decaying and collapsing - and even without OPEC supply cuts - you're seeing less and less oil - as oil companies fail to invest.

Yes people are buying it..NNPC has seen barrels upon barrel exported over the past month...

Now answer this question..we want to establish you for the liar that your are...

Is oil currently trading at $20?
Has Nigeria production cut be slashed to 1m barrel per day?

You are wrong and you keep exposing yourself without logical thinking...we lost I think $2.5bn and gained over $1.5bn in 11 days...njow IMF gave us $3.4bn not $3.5bn...now tell me how $3.4bn from IMF gave us a boost of $3.5bm what infact it was about $1.5bn

According to them, your economy will only recover from the current COVID sabotage in 2024.
