I won't advise you to discuss it with any individual,you don't know who may be a sympathizer of the man,since you're new in the area.However, you can report to the appropriate authority and ask them not to reveal your identity as the whistleblower.Another option is to urge the girl to report the case by herself,since she's 24,but you have to be sure she won't point at you as the brain behind the move.
You have a responsibility to bring that case to light because you're well aware of it.Seeking advice on this platform is a good step,but please go all the way.Failure to act is tantamount to approving of the wrong.Whereas a step in the right direction will safe potential victims.

I thought about that too but what informed the thread is the rape issue...like it's so huge for someone to use that to secure a credit facility.

Again, I didn't even ask her as I'm about my venture...her father met her sitted while waiting for her shawarma order and he scolded her and asked her to leave immediately after inquiring from me if she was there to buy shawarma which, I had to lie about to stop him from beating her.

She came the next day to apologise thus bringing up her son's father irresponsibility. All this while, I paid no attention as I was busy until she mentioned "if not that I was raped, shey it will just be only me to worry about". That was when I paused what I was doing and asked "Rape! raped by whom?" she replied and then I had orders to tend to, so I told her we would talk at length later on...it skipped my mind the next day...for about 3days until yesterday when she came to me again...telling me all in details and I truly felt bad for her.

Just like you pointed out in your writeup, the reason I want to hear from her father is to make sure she never dated the guy in question and it was indeed rape before I can copy any activist online. Just making sure.

It’s because the rapists amongst them are career rapists and they are usually at it until they are caught it or they get old weak.

There was this old man I learned that got sent to jail a while ago for rape. Learned he had been doing it to kids in the neighborhood for years and their parents were covering it up for shame and to not soil the children’s names (imagine). Because people would judge the kids and their parents rather than the rapist man.

You don't need to hear from the father,his silence for more than a year indicates that he has come to terms with the incident.He may see you as an intruder,someone poke nosing into his family affairs.I'm sure if she came to you complaining of a health issue,you'll strongly advise her to seek help from a doctor,you may even facilitate that.
