What was your monthly income when you, as a man took the bold decision of marrying her? Does marriage really pave ways for more blessings? I'm thinking of taking the giant step at 30, but really scared of the future. Please share your experience so that intending husbands like me can get motivation. 36 Likes |

I don't think it's about the money itself, but more about you and your partner, the ability to hustle together, understand each other, cooperate towards a common goal and cut your coat according to your cloth in the meantime. 310 Likes 17 Shares |

My monthly income when I married was #30000 in Lagos state. Though my income has not increased more than #40000 now but I have a good family. My wife is not a salary earner but she manages her business . Marriage is not just about money . If there is proper management and understanding , couples will live a good life . 631 Likes 38 Shares |

good....not working yet but am a fan of Early marriage and plan taking a wife early as soon as i get a job, the key thing is that both should be working and also av other means of income because even if u earn 500k and get married, u can still lose ur job during the marriage and thats where she would help assist and both needs to work for the family....how much a guy earns shouldn't be a determinant before he gets married because life is full of ups and down but a guy should be financially stable to at least provide the basic needs of his family.....las las "ba3 wey full go low and ba3 wey low go still full bt my your charger no spoil... 102 Likes 7 Shares |

Finance is a major aspect of marriage, you need to discuss with your partner before getting married. Your partner MUST UNDERSTAND your financial strength and be ready to assist in improving it. Marriage has it blessings when you are with the right person. Don't be scared of the future, it can lead to frustration. 20 Likes 1 Share |

I'm not married and don't think I want to. Might change my mind later. People that use 600k and above to do traditional wedding to impress people, we'll done o After wedding, you come down to earth, owing lots of people. If you want to get married, check your pocket, no go do pass yourself. And, know who you're about to get married to. Don't go for someone that has faulty thinking faculty. 50 Likes 2 Shares |

Nice thread. It will help we single guys, if only i will marry o. Cause this generation girls hardly focus on one man/preek. Social media dor spoil them. In short during our marriage, we will have special canopy for all our exes, make we know our enemies. I hate nonsense 38 Likes 1 Share |
