More news, my good people...

From a reliable source of mine. Official bids put in for Sadiq Umar are from Lille, Gent, Lyon, Sampdoria, Parma and Sassuolo.

Nothing is agreed yet. Nothing is concluded. But official bids from these sides have been made.

I pray a very good percentage of these speculated moves work out.

For Sadiq, we hope just one works out. If the bid made is not up to par, that could be a problem in negotiations. Time will tell.

Rabiu Ibrahim played all 90mins for Slovan Bratislava in the Slovakian Super league as they secured a 3-2 away win over MSK Zilina to seal their league title win.

Ezekiel Henty was not listed today but he is also a league winner now in Slovakia.

Of all the clubs Osimhen could have stepped up to, Napoli is the best to move to.

1. They are an 'almost big' club. This means they are a big club but not World class like Juve, Inter or Milan. So there would not be too much pressure on him to quickly perform.

2. Napoli average the highest possession in Italy with 57.24%. This means they are always guaranteed to be in the front foot. In comparison, Lille averaged 51.7%, while Real Madrid 56.5%

3. Napoli average the third most shots attempts per game in the whole of Europe. Only behind Atalanta and Mancity. This means not only do they keep the ball, they are attack minded.

4. Napoli have the 5th best passing accuracy in the whole of Europe, only behind Juventus, Man City, PSG and Barcelona. This means that Osimhen is guaranteed quality service from teammate.

5. They stick to their system. Sarri, Ancelotti and Gattuso have managed Napoli, yet for they last 3 system, they've stuck to this system.

6. Napoli are renowned for producing proven goalscorers. Hamsik, Maradona, Higuain and Cavani have graced the club. So Osimhen is promised stardom.

That was why I made this statement when I learnt of the move.

Wow....very impressive bro.

Seems like you did your homework

I felt Napoli was too defensive for osimhen and they played Diego simeone style of football..but with all these stats I am seeing, I may be wrong.

But will Osimhen get playing time there??

Funny enough they are practicing a quota system there, all 3 major tribes fully represented, you know, nothing Nigerian works whenever our quota system rears its ugly head grin

Danjuma (Arnaut)- Hausa Fulani

Anyanwu (Billing)- Igbo

Solanke (Dominic)- Yoruba

Ibe (Jordan)- Igbo

Bluelf I would appreciate a carpentry description of these frauds

Saka had the 1st shot on target for Arsenal. He hit the top bar. He looks calm, sharp. No Balogun.

Very very impressive today, that shot was with his right foot from distance. He probably was Arsenal greatest attacking threat particularly in the first half.

Possibly it was all a ruse then. Coz with all the talks back then, I expected him to have left Trencin by now. Either his agent is lazy or clubs just don't think he is worth the noise made then. Time will tell if he can still bag a decent move. I hope Alhassan Yusuf won't end up in same boat. I need that Yusuf lad to really move. I rate him and a certain Abdulrazak Ishaq (recently signed with Norrkoping in Sweden) above Zubairu.

You said this
And let's be honest,Osimhen's stats aren't exactly spectacular enough for him to be worth that much...

That's why I brought Pepe into the argument but you were trying to justify Pepe fee with his stats

38 goals in 79 games is a pretty decent stats for a winger.. but I never said he was worth 70m.. Osimhen meanwhile has 18 goals in 38 games.. those are decent stats for a striker but definitely not worth 60m..

If Arsenal knew how to do business, they wouldn't have paid 70m for Pepe...

And the point remains: Very few clubs will be willing to spend 60m on Osimhen in this coronavirus period..

Ola Aina of Torino played the final 22 mins of his side's 1-1 home draw in Serie A against Parma. Belotti missed a 48th Mon penalty that could have probably won it for Torino.
how this belloti guy fizzled out is really shocking, at a point Torino was telling teams to pay almost 100mill for him but now I'm sure nobody will even buy for 20mill

Chuba Akpom scored a 90+1 mins penalty as hia side, PAOK Salonika won 3-1 against OFI FC in the Greek super league.

He now has 8 goals and 3 assists in 24 games.

And James Igbekeme played the final 12 mins of his side's 2-0 loss to Ozornwafor's Almeria in the Spanish Segunda. Those who have been crying about Igbekeme should do well to drop more of his reports please. No dey wait for me.

He seem the onky silver lining in Arteta's Arsenal to be frank.

11assists from that position...

He deserves a payrise.

Arsenal messed up for selling Iwobi. They need someone like him. But considering they rather use him by the wings, We wont have seen the emergence of Saka. And besides, that left pairing of Kolasinac and Iwobi would have continued to stale levels.
