Your count is fine as its above 20 million.You need to work on motility and morphology.

Sperm count is measured per ml. Not per ejaculate.
In this case his sperm count is 19 million/ml
His total count is 19×2.5ml(total ejaculate)= 47.5 million/total ejaculate

Total ejaculate here is 2.5 ml(volume)
So in essence, his sperm count is below the normal range which is 20 million/ml

Hi fruitful mama, have you considered going for pelvic scan and hormonal analysis? These two tests will give a clue to what is really happening.

Any standard lab/hospital can carry out these tests. If there is Echo lab where you reside, you can use them.

You can include HSG as part of the tests.
Your hubby's semen should be in good state too.
When you have all these info, you can come here
and seek suggestions.

You can as well work with a gynaecologist.

Pregnacare already contains the required dosage of folic acid, hence, don't take folic acid to avoid over dose. You can take calcium because pregnacare has no calcium. This was the prescription I used when I was pregnant with my daughter. Baby dust

Hormonal analysis is usually done on day 2/3 of your menstrual cycle but progesterone test is done on day 21
HSG on day 10
Pelvic Scan between day 4 and 9
Seminal Fluid Analysis: Hubby should abstain from sex for three days

I don't stay in Lagos. Echo lab/Union diagnostics carry out these tests. You can as well look for any other good laboratory.

It shows you are pregnant...you can also do blood test for better clarity...Congrat sis....what the Lord has done for you it shall be permanent

It's most likely you are pregnant!!!! How many days late is your period?
You can confirm with blood pregnancy test.
Congratulations!!!!!

Pls keep taking your serra. Nobody says you must add wobenzym and Chinese teas. These are just for faster result. There are mamas who took only serra and got their tubes unblock.

Take your serra religiously and add castor oil massage. Ensure you go for flushing immediately after taking serra for atleast 2 months.
