You are on the right track with serra and Chinese teas but for more effective results, add castor oil massage to dissolve adhesions.

Two lines should appear, the line on top is the control line, the second line beneath it is the test line. If the second line is as dark as or darker than the control line then you have a positive. Meaning it's a good time to BD.

@kannyluv, avoid taking much fluids two hours before the test so that the fluids won't dilute the urine. Don't urinate for at least four hours before testing. Know your cycle length and your fertile window before starting to test to avoid wasting the strips.

Please note you can also use the test strip at anytime of the day cos you can get a negative in the morning and positive later in the evening/night.
