Jiji is a public platform accessible even from Afghanistan. Hence, anyone that has his/her advert on any public website is already announcing himself to the world please.

3. He will use 6" hole Block
4. Slide windows
5. Wooden doors or iron local doors
6. Local stones no chippings
7. PVC ceiling
8. non-porcelain tiles
9. Wiring will be 60% conduit.
10. WC & Painting also. But it can't include soak away/ septic tank.

If he has time and are strong to handle it on his own it can work out. Its direct Labour na.

I'm an 'ijebu' man, so I always get quotes from different sources and go for the cheapest that guarantee highest quality.

I met the man on Jiji, thinking he's just the regular supplier, but he invited me to his Showroom/Factory in Mushin.

I went there last Thursday during the Holiday and saw that he's one of the major dealers in Lagos. He sells and also has staff that would do installation.

I called him and told him I'll share his contact with the three of you.

The beauty is that I visited his factory myself and selected what I want

The one with the see through glass was selected for the kitchen and his boys are on ground to work to specifications
