Everyone who becomes a follower of Jesus Christ and is born of the Spirit of God can hear directly from God whenever God wants. It is not a gift but a fact for all of us.

@mandy no pastor can pray for you to be filled with the Holy Spirit. It is a gift that comes from accepting and believing in the Lord Jesus Christ.
