Big money makes some men quite proud and instead of settling issues humbly makes them so arrogant that to plead is not an option. They will rather use money to settle. Obviously forgetting that not everyone can be bought with money

These days, I don’t believe anything the police says no matter the part of world it is. Unfortunately, the law takes their report more seriously than other citizens unless there’s a strong evidence (video) to counter them.
