I finally wrote IELTS for the 2nd time and had L: 8 R: 8 W: 8.5 S: 7.5. I have only my first degree, 4-year experience in reputable multinational companies, currently 28, and unmarried.

When I computed, my CRS came to 438..

What do you suggest I do from here? I heard about CIPM...will CIPM boost my score?

my question now is, is this reasonable and what are the chances that the score may be increased? is it worth filing for a remark?

He asked me to pay #300 Canadian dollars for certificate evaluation. Now he sent me an address to go to my school and request them to send my transcript to the address. I was thinking that the money I paid covers WES to email the school and get response.

I saw on British council site that there’s a chance the score might reduce? Does this apply for MOD IeLtS also? Has anyone been (Or heard of someone ) whose score was reduced after applying for remark?

Was you eligibility passed at any time?

Why not go back to him and ask him this same question!!
This is a DIY thread, not some form of Agent shit. You can do all yourself with the information on the previous thread and leave Agent alone, they are just there to take ur money, this is why this thread is here to guide u with steps

Your score can not reduce, it will either increase or remain as is.

While waiting for someone who has written to reply you, I'd advise you read Part 9. It was discussed extensively there, especially the last few pages.

your simulation is totally wrong, do it again, your CRS should be more than 445 with this IELTS and your 4 years work experience.

false info crew have arrived part 10 too. You cannot score more than 441 with only bsc, below 30 and 3 years experience and above, single, he didn't max one module hence the 438.

Wawu. If you Take time to read page one you wouldn't see reasons to employ an agent.

If you don't have the time to read page 1, can I stand as your agent

It is advisable to evaluate your highest degree. If you have the extra cash to do bsc, then you can evaluate both.
