We have taken delivery of materials up to parapet of the security and main building. No time to wait.

However, we are highly constrained by weather this time because this is the peak of rainy season here and rain has fell more than the entire 21 days we spent here in just the last 3 days abs today.

However, we are working and watching the weather at every point in time...

We were lucky yesterday. It didn't rain. So we really worked from 8am to 7pm... Because we can't predict the next day rain entirely.

I've always wondered why or how that parapet stays up there and people trust it won't come crashing down. Today it's very clear to me.

Though there are two different types of parapet construction.

Pre cast and Cast in situ.

What you are seeing is Cast in Situ.

The ones I believe you use to be scared of is precast. Which is the one molded on ground then taken up for placement. Lol. If done well, you don't need to worry. It will not fall.

We are already done with concrete facial form work. We are set to pour concrete tomorrow. Sunday. September 13th 2020.

More site updates from the plumbing section.
PPR is what we are using here. We had to get it from Port Harcourt specially. It's not sold within this location.

We took this decision with the view of retaining top notch and quality materials are used for the client in his absence. Regular corper pipes are available here but this is the ideal one we quoted for and we just have to go that far to get it.
