Good day Nairalanders

I'm posting this here cos this is one of the most active sections. Please I need your advice

I'm 20 years, normal height, decent looking, but I'm skinny AF.
I have very skinny wrists (and legs).
Heck, slightly below my rib cages i even have holes on both sides.

Even when i'm with friends, I don't pull off my shirt.
I've been having insecurities and self esteem issues because of this.

I love short sleeve shirts but I can't wear them.

I can't even wear a wristwatch.

I'm someone who likes a well built muscular body, but as of now I can't afford to maintain a steady diet (say a particular amount of calories a day).

To the body builders and health experts in the house, here are my questions -

(WITHOUT A STEADY DIET)
1 - With my current body, can I gain more muscle/weight through rigorous exercises (like calisthenics)/ gyyming ?

2- How can I make my thin wrists and legs thicker ?

3- To gain more weight, are there supplements I can take with my normal diet?

Cc: Neduluiz, Pansophist

Thanks in anticipation.

Bro no take any drug, just eat rice and drink beer often. Beer na weight gainer and rice na powerful cab. We dey find way to lose weight u dey find way to gain. This life self no balance at all. I weigh 130kg and doc is advicing me to come back to 100kg by all means. I don try tire, no way. But if i leave beer for a week or so, i lose some kg. If i drink it adds up again.

Wow! Very informative, definitely bookmarking this.

lol! weed smoker cracked me grin

phew! Surely gonna be expensive!

yes, I have peace of mind, but I don't get enough sleep daily. Trying to adjust tho!

On eating small sized meals, does the class of food i eat matter? or just any food will do?

No, just ensure you eat a balanced diet. Reason why eggs(raw & boiled) are on the menu. You should be finishing 2crates per month on the norm. And yam porridge and beans is another cheat. Eating that stuff 3 times a week while on pushups is something else. Don't overdo it if you have a weak stomach though. But looking back over my diet then, there was nothing spectacular added, just the normal food items everyone can buy.

lol no no no cheesy he should keep off beer and soft drinks.Make im no go overtake them and enter another wahala.he is not saying he wants to have diabetes cheesy.as for beans, fufu, vegetable that one legit cheesy.he eats them in excess and gains weight thats clean bulking. Its better to use natural food to bulk up if u want to bulk than using processed food which might damage ur body.Eggs, yams, red oil are welcome too cheesy.as im dey chop like a lion he would be working out like spartacus(minus d excess fucking sha). After 6 months we no go recorgnise op again grin.op will turn to a warrior grin

I understand you especially as relating to diabetes and things like that

I believe beer ( though optional)is a better source of getting rich malted barley despite concerns of alcohol, but reasonable amount will surely help.

I find out I recently gain more weight with regular soft drink in work place even though I stopped.

however diabetes may not really be an issue as he is still deficient of body building nutrients

well true through and i recalled sometime watching on youtube where a fitness professional did make mention of ppl who are trying to gain weight but have low appetite to switch to liquid food.but for beer the alcohol content in it can dehydrate the body and when u working out u need ur body to be hydrated as much as possible.except maybe op just wants to get fat as in get fat with lorbor lorbor body and a fat stomach cheesy.dat one na disfigurement to ur stature in my opinion grin a i don think op would like such a stature cheesy

Your body needs both solid and liquid nutrient.

Cyproheptadine has been linked to impotency in men after long-term use.

Corticosteroids( dexamethasone, prednisolone e.t.c) longterm use has been linked to osteoporosis, diabetes, glaucoma e.t.c.

So for a man, the risk associated with both drugs outweighs the benefit.

If you want to gain weight as a man, stick to amino acids and multivitamin supplements alongside a well balanced diet.

Except you are ready to bear the consequence/risk of you the aforementioned drugs.

Both aforementioned drugs can actually make an individual gain at least 4kg every week, but it's not worth it.
what of apetamine?

Buy Apetamin supplement and thank me. The first day you take it ul sleep oh so prepare for that day. I'd advice you take it on Friday night so you can sleep through Saturday then you go dry chop like mad man. The supplement programs your brain to eat rest eat. But after that day two you won't feel drowsy again. But Pls note that if you stop it let's say a week and go back again. U must feel drowsy the first day again. It's a very good supplement and I promise ul add weight and look fresh. Mix malt and milk and drink bfr bed too. Thank me later

A bottle sells for about 3k,what I do is I order from jumia and buy 3 for like 7500 or you can see four bottles in a set for a huge discount.

Really? Apart from the drowsiness, no other side effect?
Nd What's the prescription? After every meal?

Thanks

That's not the solution
Masturbation has nothing to do with it
I've seen fat chronic masturbators
It's a matter of his body system

The biggest enemies of weight gain are: stress, poor dieting or eating habits, abnormally high metabolism, and lack of quality rest and sleep.

Sort out the above, and watch your body fill out!!!

Let me be emphatic here... There are no drugs for weight gain!!! Absolutely none!!!

Weight gain from medications is merely a side effect, not a main or healthy indication of that drug!!! Do not take meds for weight gain!!!... Whatever weight people gain from drugs, takes a lot out of their tissues and organs! This is harmful!!!

People who bulk up do it via proper eating, and sleeping routines!!! And, it takes time!!! Not a stroll in the park, certainly not an immediate thing.

Get the services of a good dietitian. Google is also your friend!!!

I personally gained 20kg in less than 2 months on an augmented diet of Bananas, Soya milk powder, nuts, potatoes, white bread, and lots of meat, etc... Of course, the weight was largely muscle, cos I was equally working out.

Noted, Thanks

I forgot to add, I easily get hungry also...Even after eating a lot

You might have metabolism issues... High metabolism is likely hormonal, maybe thyroid abnormality. You can see an endocrinologist for check up and counsel.

If it is a thyroid issue, then proper medications, and supplements can sort it out... Once done, with metabolism slowed, you will fill out even faster.

My other dieting counsel still stands. Thanks.

You dont need body building or supplements, all you need is food. Eat very well, dont rely on that your diets, eat like kilode and all that Naija potholes on your body will be filled.

Without good food supplements wont work infact it can lead to ulcer etc.
Without good food body building is punishment.

Look if you are the type that doesn't eat outside even when you are hungry, you need to change your mind.

All those biscuits, snacks or soft drink will not help you either. Chop proteinous food, chop solid food like the those agbero or drivers dey eat, try it for one month then go check your weight, you will see the difference.

Agbero and drivers in the house please dont take offence , trust me you guys takes real care of your self and i admire that.

Mr man, check out some of those buka and choose one, oyibo dey chop outside make una no dey deceive una self oo.
