Surprisingly, from 2016 till date not one case of #Sars killings have been reported in the north. Why is it only in the south south and south west region.

They are the robbers and kidnappers themselves. Once the arrest you for committing no offence there bail starts from N100k, they don't believe in taking suspects to court as no money comes out of going to court, they feel they are the law themselves and can kill anyone they want arbitrarily.
If you speak good English to them and proving that you are educated is double offence as most of them don't have more than poor WAEC grades from special centres
