The channel for ships/barges under the 2nd Niger Bridge will be high, even higher than the existing Niger bridge. Go back and check again, there are two pillar higher than the rest towards Onitsha end of the bridge, The beams at that point will be very high to allow ships/barges underneath

A waterway is a navigable body of water. It could be a river, lagoon or ocean. Warri is a river port. Port Harcourt is a river port. Calabar is a river port. Baro, Onitsha and Lokoja are river ports. So why the noise from you?

Seeing ships berthed at the Onitsha port with high rise buildings in the background would showcase Onitsha and Anambra state as an economic powerhouse. Ordinarily, watching the city from the Niger bridge could be breathtaking not to talk of when the waterfront is transformed
