Good morning, while filling the Express entry profile, I got to a point where the question was "is my job regulated in Canada". I'm not sure if it's regulated or notso I clicked "I don't know". Please is that okay? |

Kayoe33:We all did re-medicals before being asked to do so. We didn't wait for the ADR mail. It wasn't extended. I'd advice you book a re-medicals. I understand that medicals are presently being extended for those that their eligibility have not been fully passed. It would be sad if you miss this wave considering that your Visa Office is AVO. |

magd: I think this is very risky. If their passports are submitted, stamped and returned efore the baby is born, I am not sure IRCC will be able to do anything again. They'll then need to travel without the baby and later sponsor. They are so unpredictable now. My passport was processed in 10 days which means this can be the same case for them or even less. It is better to go with the advise of waiting for the baby to come before submitting passport 1 Like |

Good morning. Please who knows a reliable way to get a response from British Council? I applied for EOR since August and it's 49 days overdue with no feedback. I've called severally and sent numerous emails and I keep getting a response to wait. It's unfortunate because I don't have updated scores and the original can't be used for anything while it's being processed. Thanks. |

It's not risky, ircc have said before you travel let us know if there is any change in circumstance having a baby is a change and a friend did same. But there might just be a delay. Any decision they decide to take it's fine, I just stated what I know. uche13: 1 Like |

Aibisoye0: A few things from each of the 2 NOCs seem to be present. It may be clearer if you label the 2 NOC duties 1 to 10 and then place the numbers in front of the relevant JD e.g. Train staff 1415 item 1 Sack staff 1121 item 10 Hire Staff 1121 item 9 That way you'll be able to see which one fits better. 2 Likes |

uche13:I'm with you on this. It's better they DO NOT SUBMIT THEIR PASSPORTS YET as it would complicate issues. Submitting the passports for stamping would also work, but it is a longer and more clumsy process. The primary applicant should send a mail stating that they are expecting a baby in less than a month. When baby is born, they should process an international passport and do medicals for the baby .Then upload other necessary forms via CSE and send a mail to their Visa Office for the baby to be added to their profile. After which a new PPR mail would follow suit. 3 Likes |

magd: According to Uche 13. If you try this. You are on your own. Pls DONT SUBMIT PASSPORT RATHER NOTIFY IRCC VIA WEBFORM SO THAT THEY CAN PROCESS ALL PASSPORT INCLUDING NEW BORN TOGETHER. DONT GO AND MESS UP AND REGRET. |

Endbadgovt:Bro, someone pointed something out on your earlier post. How possible is it to pass medicals and receive BIL before AOR as posted by you? Could you please address that? Some of us are curiously interested as it's not been witnessed before now on this thread or elsewhere. |

Hi, everyone I am looking to start my EE application soon. I would appreciate if you can help me clarify the following: 1. I have a master's degree and I am currently studying for my PhD. i see that you can fill in progress/incomplete when trying to register with WES for ECA. can I use evaluate my in-progress PhD. program? or do I have to use my masters instead? If I have to use my masters, do I have to evaluate both my first degree and masters degree, or just evaluating my masters is enough? 2. I am currently not in Nigeria, is it possible to do this EE applicaiton from the UK? or do I have to come to do it from Nigeria? what would you advise? Will really appreciate answers from personal or first-hand experience in my particular situations thanks. |

Please has anyone received PPR recently with expired medical status? I learnt some people didn't wait for ADR but submitted updated medicals and have received PPR recently. I'm wondering if i should re-do my medicals before Accra is through with this PR wave. |
