Even tho ozil is declining, but it's a shame that even in his declining rate, no one can still create chances as he does(recent stats like assists stats might say otherwise, but I can see with my eyes), but ego would just allow them not to use him " for God knows why".

Granted he might go missing against the Liverpool and man city, but the Leicester of Sunday, I'm certain that he'll open up that defence especially as we've a good duration of ball possession.

I don't even know what this season will be for us cos the kind of limited players we have in that attack is too much.

Thank goodness we've gotten partey for the DM. What we need is an Am now, and to be sincere, 2 GOOD WINGERS.
We just need creative wingers, cos we wouldn't have been shouting for Am, Am like this if we have wingers in the mould of sane, mane, salah, mahrez et al.

No matter how many wingers we have we need an AM. Even in a drab 4-4-2 formation, one of the front two must be creative. It's that simple unless you just want to defend.

lol... I know I was one of the people against "grinding machine" and voiced out wen Emery was showing cracks of flopping.

He's(Emery) first 26 games he wasn't showing any real signs of flopping. Arteta tho improved our teams and mentality, but it's a shame he has to do with many under par and limited players unlike Wenger and Emery.

The only thing I'm not really happy with Arteta is the exclusion of ozil (whether it's his fault or not, I don't know, but I feel if he really needed ozil, the board can do nothing about it).

Now it's coming back to bite him. And if small teams just park the bus against us and hit us on a good counter, then I fear for us.

We've good defence, and a very average midfield and attack. I will watch and see how this first half of the season goes.

If we don't get an Am in January, then I'll watch and see how the full season goes with that mantra.

Sanchez is not your regular winger o. That guy na all round attacking player. He creates, assists and scores. No just compare him with what we have now. I'd say a younger Willian would come close.

The code is, if your midfield is very balanced (defencewise and attackwise) you’ll solve two problems to an extent. Wenger never joked with midfield he even had surplus of midfielders. Reason we could still compete despite not having the best defence in league and had someone like Giroud leading our attack. Imagine having Giroud as our CF in this squad na die. Then we had midfielders that were excellent finishers. Now if Auba doesn’t score we are a toast!
