I don’t know about other states but what you just said here is what Lagos State did when they were sharing their palliative though it didn’t go wrong and some did actually truly hoard the palliative.

Lagos State also made use of LCDA and LASSRA number. I’m sure of this because I know quite a number of people that got through LASSRA.

The items that were looted from that mazamaza warehouse were belong to Cacovid who are mostly private individuals and companies.

But you can't just bump into a military premesis unannounced and expect to carry out an investigation..
