State ambassadors are ceremonial. anyone can be appointed a state ambassador. it is a mere recognition that shows you have made the state proud. Lest we forget, anthony joshua was also made an ambassador in ogun state during amosu's time. He is not salaried or paid for that. He wasnt even given any money or a house. It is done based on the governors discretion.
