Yes they're legend, our parents are the ones that invented baked moin moin ( they used empty milk tin and small stainless pan)but we the younger generation repackage it by making it with baking pans.

Sir, I understand you. But please be kind with your words. she was excited when she posted it, it could mean alot to her at that moment. That moment could mean hope to her. You don't have to say it's nothing special. Do you know if it is special to her?? I knew about it too, but was happy she was happy. It's nothing special to you but please let her celebrate it. Thank you.

Note: the measurement of the bread is the basic measurement,I used 1kg of flour
Sugar 12 tbsp
Margarine 200gram( you can also use ground nut oil)
Salt pinch
Nutmeg
Egg 3
Milk 50 ml( you can also use powdered milk)
Yeast 2tbsp
Water( Luke warm water)
Tbsp means 1tablespoon( the normal spoon we use to eat)
Tsp means teaspoon.
If you want to make a small bread use the first recipe but if you want to make a big bread, you can use my own measurement.
