Since there is a tank on top of the building, I hope they also sink a small borehole there to make sure residents don't suffer the perennial issue of water scarcity in Onitsha. That will complete the cycle of making the place a true luxury apartments with running water and everything in place.

Of course we have a borehole here. We just pumped it full of water today.

That's a good idea. I will see what the house owner thinks about it.

We are planting some flowers in the front of this building now, and we plan for all works to finish this week. We're parking our load to leave this site as our work here is almost completed. More pictures later today.

Yes it will. Budget about 55m from beginning till completion of this 10 flats of 2 bedrooms. (4 storey building)

I actually recommend that, but the client had other ideas. I usually use belts to demarcate my colours in all my other works.
