Politics / Re: Ijeoma Ozichi Writes Chimamanda Adichie On The Oba Of Lagos Statement To Igbos by Princess4eva(f): 1:09pm On Apr 15, 2015
EUROBOMBER:

Very wrong! embarassed

What, if I may ask is wrong wit what he has said? Ijeoma in my opinion is very deep and knowledgeable, an invaluable jewel which Mr. Omotade has found. Unfortunately, I didn't read Chimamanda's manuscripts but I can deduce from Ijeoma's submissions that Chimamanda was probably not as objective as might have been required of a public figure like she is. What morale does she have then to chide the Oba if she too could not resist the temptation to be sentimental?

I am Yoruba but I totally disagree wit d Oba on this one. That just goes to buttress the saying that there's no perfection in humanity. I know the Oba personally, He is an amiable person. We should not overflog the issue. I believe in the spirit of oneness, it is best if we let sleeping dogs lie.

I don't see us splitting anytime soon, I always laugh at the idea.

Romance / Re: If You Didn't Do 90% Of These, Your Childhood Wasn't Fun by Princess4eva(f): 5:23am On Apr 15, 2015
Reminiscencing with nostalgia now, my childhood was fun. I was very naughty growin up. We -my siblings and children in d neighbourhood- played as if there's no tomorrow.

Lizard and tooth, earthworm and salt, flying our kites far away from home, table soccer, we had a song for the birds to whiten our nails. We used to steal apple (pink n white) from a grandma's compound coming home from school, bathing in the rain was my favourite, as we're bathing, we're fetching water. We even go from door to door asking people if we can fetch water for them. I don't label my pen, we use customised pens, dad worked wit nigerian ports authority so we neva ran out of supplies. We did d drama thing, I was always cast as d daughter cos of my tiny frame then. It was great fun.

It feels guilty nowadays how we shield our children from that open life. Now its after school, stay indoor, do ur homework, read story books, play video games etc. no street life. I guess its because we now live in dangerous times.
Romance / Re: 8 Important Things That Sustain A Successful Marriage by Princess4eva(f): 11:48pm On Apr 14, 2015
These qualities as listed by the op are essential ingredients for a successful marriage, many times love alone is not enough.

How do u sustain love without commitment? How far can love travel without money? Without patience how do u tolerate the imperfections of ur spouse. Many times when my hubby is acting the goat, I switch to sheep mode. I want to opine that an understanding of urselves too will help keep both partners within boundaries.

Marriage is a big deal that needs a lot of investments -time, finances, emotions. Everything u've got.

God bless our marriages.

She cud be suffering from anorexia. This however doesn't translate automatically to amnesia- her forgetting things. In other words even if she's not able to sleep due to stress, depression or anything for that matter, at least she should remember when asked.

@ op, Ogbanje thinz on my mind. She's not Freakazoid or is she?

Let me explain with the Principle of Bedmatics
A pennisss that is thick ll be multiplied in size when aroused & is
always hard. It ll not go down easily.
A pennisss that is fat is otherwise. Even if its hard, it ll be without
penetrating strength. Only the size ll multiply.
Oh!
What's wrong with me?
Something's malfunctioning.

Last Bullet:

Ok, Op.
Shebi you know these ladies Chiege Alisigwe, Stephanie Okereke, Serena
Williams, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde. Those are thick girls. They ain't
skinny or fat.
Eniola Badmus, Patience Ebele Jonathan are fat women. You ll see them
with flappy body.
You remember Tiwa Savage, Eva Alodiah, Sheyi Shey, Victoria Kimani,
Genevieve Nnaji, they are skinny (Lèpa Shandy) babes. They v kwashiokor.
Infact, I ll say they are starving. That's why they are tinringbeku
like witches.
