A friend of mine was banned from Canada in 2016 due to the rubbish his agent did, he travelled down to Germany which he has spent over 6 years in Germany. His wife got admitted in one of the Uni in BC, he is planning on applying with his wife and someone suggested he needs to apply for Authorization to return to Canada before he can apply for any Visa.
1. what is the success rate of this ARC?
2. is there a particular format to follow before applying for this ? kindly advice Bosses!

Here us my visa story , applied on the 16th of March 2023 from UK and got PPR mail on the 27th of June and got my passport back on the 10th of July. It was a 2 years visa as my biometric is meant to expire by 2025. I was refused student visa 7 years ago and US refused my visa application last month also for reason best known to them. I intend to apply for my wife and I would like to add my visa page to it, she has not been to any country before aside from UK however I have 3 siblings in Canada and they are all PR holders. Kindly advice on any additional document you think might help.

Depends on which is most important to her at this point in time.

If she must marry before she lands in Canada, she might not be able to travel in May because I believe she will need to advise IRCC of the change in her family composition from 1 to 2 and they will need to revert before she can travel. She is probably aware that there are currently delays.

Changes to family composition
Family members can be added to the application at any time during the process, including after the visa is issued, but prior to obtaining permanent resident status. Applicants are instructed to inform IRCC immediately if their family composition has changed (e.g. marriage, birth of a child, divorce)

Good morning Everyone. I have a family friend whose gf was granted a PR from Nigeria through express entry route when she was single, now she intend travelling by May and would like to wed her bf (fiancee) before leaving Nigeria ( the fiancee is not ready to leave the country yet). Will this changes have any negetive effect on her application prior to her travelling back to Canada or she needs to just notified the CIC that her status has been changed.

Visa transfered to VAC 10th of September
Collection mail 10th of September.
Passport collected 11th of September.

Don't pay for any accommodation till you get to the UK except it's to your school. Better to see what you're paying for before you pay to avoid being scammed.

Alright, thanks for the info, I cant wait till I get there based on this isolation rules stated by the UK Govt,Actually a friend has checked the accommodation for me, she introduced me to her landlord.
Due to this pandemic, accommodation before arrival is mandatory.

Student visa appointment is usually per head. I doubt if both will be allowed to go in same time for the interview. Paderborn and Bremen are in different States ie NRW and Bremen respectively and their fate will be decided differently. I still think it’s per head. Just my thoughts anyway.

I got to the embassy around past 6, and waited at the car park till around 6.40am. I had a very swift interview.

My documents was sorted out by one gentle man.

I guess I was favoured today.
The interview lasted for about 10 minutes.

Me- I asked if the email I attached with my admission letter is enough as proof of enrollment extension and she said yes.
I should check my mail time to time.

I was interviewed by a fair lady, I was the first person she interviewed and I was favoured. She didn't even ask me anything related to my school, the state its located etc, the interview was very swift.

Thanks boss. I mailed a school and received a reply that the language of Instruction for BSc in computer engineering is English and German l, and he advised me to go ahead and apply that I would be given a conditional admission.

Try university of Duisburg Essen. they offer courses like mechanical engineering ,Automation and control engineering and computational mechanics. it is not restricted. they are German taught courses which means less competition and your admission letter comes with ability to study language for a year plus before enrolling. you don't need to provide German proficiency you can be accepted with 0 knowledge of German language, but you cant enroll for the course till you have B2 and you have a maximum of 4 semesters (2 years) as a language student to achieve B2. Application started April 1st and closes on the 15th of July.
