But I don't the Minister over reached his power, he shares the president's power with him as the head of the health ministry, as to the concept of delegation of power. In the USA, you don't wait for the president to sack you, his Chief of Staff does that irrespective of your position, be you Secretary of State.

See, she finished her education, did her Masters in Business Administration and also Masters in Political science, came back to that Country she proudly defended and found the reality on ground. So when she stayed in Nigeria for four years and the best job she can get was one with a 70k naira a month pay, she had to call me to book her a flight to come back "home". She has never called The United States "home". A proud Nigerian she always was then, me? I don't give a shit about Nigeria, never have and never will. Want to know why? Because I am smart to know that Nigeria is a failed state, a failed country designed to fail.
