Kogi State University doesn't have an accredited medical school. And again. The federal university in kogi state hasn't commenced medical program. I advise you try out other accreditated college of medicine in other federal universities.

Pls medics, do any one knows about kogi state both the state university and the federal university if they are offering medicine.. I scored 292 in my previous jamb but I was given soil science to study... I went to lodge complain to the provost of the college and he told me outright that its mainly for indigine of the state (Bauchi)... I really want to this course but I'm considering going to my state (kogi) if medicine is now for only the indigine of the state.... I might also be considered in my state

you can try udusok or Atbu with that wasted score of urs. you will definitely get admission. I got admission in Atbu 2018/19 fresh with 281 to study medicine but I am from a catchment area.

If you're very young, come to ATBU..
But if you're not, pls don't come, their calendar is super slow and their MBBS is still not strong, they just accredit it again this year after some years of inactivity...
The main thing is, their academic calendar is super slow, their current 100level students are yet to resule since November last year.. Catchment area is also a concern

ATBU bleeped up last year. After scoring 292(although I know its low) in jamb and they later gave me agric engineering... And I cant study any course apart from medicine. Though, I'm an average student but I think what you have passion for is worth dying for...

pls I want you guys to give me assurance about admission. I chose ATBU bauchi to study medicine, the first list was out and funny enough they're even updating the list and my name is not there yet, I scored 292 in jamb and 5Bs and 4Cs. Even those that scored less were given admission or is it because I'm from north central ?
My parent are making things worse coz they are saying that I should write another jamb (at this old age of mine)...
should I still keep my hopes alive or write another jamb ?
I was thinking of choosing unilorin now for MBBS, pls what are my chances of getting admission there, what do I need to do ?
