Politics / Rivers Problem Not A Rivers Problem But A ............ by realistkem(m): 9:21am On Jul 10, 2013
The Rivers problem is not a Rivers problem but an ethnic group problem in quote the Ikwerre problem which in turn try to lure other ethnic groups 2 join in taking side...
The problem in Rivers state is not a rivers problem but a problem of supremacy between ikwerre, and is all circled around IYM,GDI,obio/akpor,PHalga, and some extent ikwerre LGA,Amechi , wike am totally ashame why people are. Etc thirsty for power even when they know they ve not ruled us so well nd can never.
In advance democracy law makers resigns honourable but in Nigeria the reverse is the case with our honourable

The problem with the mases is that we don't know how a society should work and 2ndly poverty has eaten into the fabric of the society, where this leaders have decided to keep unemployment so low ,politicized employment , allocation and name it , so that the masses we alway serve as ready tools for use at there disposal
My message to the youth is that they should stay clear from the existing problem in rivers state ,make 3000 naira don't make you become a baby in the after life, or an underdog politician I am highly disappointed witht the supporters of bar WIKE and Gov Amechi ,who are allowing themselves to be use, wheather is a rape on democracy or not ,a murder of the constitution or not ,

Romance / 18 Kind Of Girls/women Who Are Likely To Cheat by realistkem(m): 6:01pm On Jul 03, 2013

With female infidelity now at an all time high, more and more men who are married, or in committed relationships are asking themselves this question about their spouse of significant other.

Below are 18 categories of women who are more likely to cheat on their spouse.

1. She has lots of close male friends - A significant number of affairs begin as close friendships with members of the opposite sex.
The relationship may be platonic at the beginning, but chances are, it won't stay that way. The closer the woman is to her platonic male friend, the more likely it is that he will eventually end up becoming her lover – unless he's gay.

2. She has girlfriends who are cheating on their mates. - Never underestimate the power of peer pressure. Adults are susceptible to it, too. If a woman has one or more close female friends who are cheating on their husbands or boyfriends, she may eventually start cheating, too.

3. She has an excessive need for attention. – A woman who constantly craves attention may cheat on her mate if she feels she's not getting enough attention from him. She will be easy prey for any man who showers with her the attention she feels she deserves.

4. She's materialistic. - A materialistic woman is likely to have an affair with a wealthy man because of the material things he can provide. She can easily be seduced with jewelry, designer clothes, lavish vacations, or the cash to buy these and other expensive things.

5. She views séx as a statement of her femininity. - Her identity as a woman is tied to how many men she sleeps with. Seducing men to sleep with her is the focal point of her life. With this mental attitude, it's hard for her to stay faithful to just one man.

6. She's a thrill seeker or a risk taker. - If she's the type who likes to live dangerously, she'll cheat just for the thrill of it, or for the excitement of doing something forbidden, or for the challenge of seeing if she can pull it off without getting caught. She views infidelity as other people would view a high-risk sport.

7. She's easily bored. – A woman who is easily bored, or who leads a dull, routine life may cheat on her mate just to alleviate her boredom or add some excitement to her life.

8. She has been cheated on by her mate. – If a woman's husband or boyfriend has cheated on her, she may try to even the score by cheating on him in return. Many women who have been victims of infidelity will indulge in retaliatory cheating or have revenge affairs.

9. She likes being the center of attention. – If a woman thrives on being the center of attention at all times, she is sexually vulnerable to any man who fawns over her, or makes her feel like she's #1

10. She's addicted to alcohol or drugs. – Women who are substance abusers are much more likely to end up cheating on their mates. Female alcoholics are susceptible to infidelity because their inhibitions will be lowered and their judgment impaired. Female drug addicts may sell their bodies for drugs. Either type of woman is likely to cheat without realizing what she's doing.

11. She has a reputation as a “party girl.” - If she's the type of woman who runs with a fast crowd, or parties all the time, or hangs out until the wee hours of the night, her lifestyle makes her vulnerable to having an affair.

12. She's a séx addict. - Women can be sex addicts, too. It's an addiction that affects at least 6% of the American population. In the past these women were referred to as nymphomaniacs. This is a medical condition that requires professional medical help.

13. She has a sex drive greater than her partner's. – If her sex drive greatly exceeds the sex drive of her husband or boyfriend, or her spouse or significant other is lacking in bedroom skills, she's much more likely to cheat on her mate. She'll find another man to make up for her mate's deficiency.

14. She's had lots of sexual experience. - If she has led a very active séx life, or has had lots of sex partners before settling down, she will find it extremely difficult to stay faithful to just one man.

15. She cheated before and got away with it. - That old saying “ Once a cheater, always a cheater will apply if she cheated in the past and didn't suffer any negative consequences as a result of her infidelity. If she cheated before and didn't get caught, she's more likely to cheat again. The same applies if she cheated and her man readily forgave her without holding her accountable for her infidelity.

16. She has a big ego. - If she's extremely egotistic, any man who feeds her inflated ego can easily get her into bed.

17. She suffers from low self esteem. - The opposite characteristic is also a danger sign. If she suffers from low-self esteem, she will be easy prey for the man who flatters her, makes her feel good about herself, and boosts her self esteem.

18. She views séx as a game. In her mind, sex is not connected to love. Sex is just a game in which she gets points for every man she beds. Even though she may be in love with her partner, she'll have sex with as many men as possible so she can gain the maximum number of points and win the game.

The more of the above categories your wife or girlfriend fits into, the more likely it is that she will cheat on you.

Few months back she said nigerian have experience tremendous boom in the economy , expecially the micro economy , I said 2 my self the gap btw the rich and the poor are widening on daily base
If she says unemployment of the youth is 37% it is because Job in nigerian is based on favoritism, when last did nigerian immigration recruit yet young graduate ,army recruitment youths are defrauded by selling bank pin 2500 and @ d end only 3 cadet are collected at the expense of millions of form sold, ministries parastatal anynimous recruitment, every recruitment national assembly has a quota ,

Politics / OKONJI Iweala Lied On Nigerian Youth Unemployment by realistkem(m): 8:51pm On Jun 18, 2013
Our politician who we elected in public places , has looked down on the masses , act inpuinitvely as pleases , recently the cordinating minister of the economic proff okonji iweala gathered civil society group , in her address she said unemployment rate is @ 37 percent , the question is where did she get her statistics or is she giving us world bank statistics which she represents.
Okonji iweala owes the youth an apology for misleading and feeding nigerians with fake information, without conscience and pity for graduate whom most have stayed 17years without job as a result of there inability to know any commisioner closely or minister
Every year NYSC turns out 3 batches of newly passed out corper(batch A,B,C)in which the least campis the ABJ camp with not less than 2000 corpers, whom roam the street aimlessly and frustration after there passing out parade until they are forced to retire to crime
I have traveled visited a lot of places and I wepted 4 Nigeria
In neuro psychiatric hospital portharcourt a lot of youth are bed ridden as a result of confusion and loss of hope which lead to dia insanity
Just last week an unemployment girl was caught by the police and paraded she "she said is more diginifying than being a prostitute" that she resulted to stealing as a result of unemployment
And now okonji has the tenacity to stand and lie to the angry nigerian youth that unemployment is 37% what statistics was she reading , whereas we know that unemployment in Nigeria is 78%
Angry Nigeria youth have given her 7 days to apologize on 2 national newspaper OR ?

Politics / Illegality In The Appointment Of Judges Of National Industrial Court Says Tuc Wi by realistkem(m): 7:43am On Jun 17, 2013
The Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) has faulted the appointments
of 12 judges at the National Industrial Court (NIC), claiming they
were not qualified to be appointed judges of NIC going by the Act
setting up the court.

In a petition to the President of NIC, TUC called for the full
investigation of the appointments of the judges to find out why
individuals who did not meet the requirements spelt out for the
appointment of NIC judges were appointed.

Specifically, the congress argued that all the newly-appointed judges
of the NIC did not meet the required qualifications under Section 2 of
the National Industrial Court Act of  2006 which provides for the
appointment of legal practitioners for the court.

TUC in a petition through its President-General, Peter Esele, said it
had confirmed that none of the newly-appointed judges of the NIC met
the requirement of the law and therefore were not qualified.

The petition which was copied equally President Goodluck Jonathan,
read: “Sequel to the recommendation of the National Judicial Council,
President Goodluck Jonathan appointed 12 new judges for the National
Industrial Court in May, 2013. To our utter dismay, the 12 new judge
are qualified under Section 2 of the National Industrial Court 2006
which provides for the appointment of legal practitioners of not less
than 10 years standing with ‘considerable knowledge and experience in
the law and practice of industrial relations and employment conditions
in Nigeria” or a graduate of recognised university of not less than 10
years standing and has “considerable knowledge and experience in the
law and practice of industrial relations and employment conditions in
Nigeria.’

“We have confirmed that none of the newly appointed judges of the
National Industrial Court met the requirement of the law and therefore
are not qualified to preside over the industrial relations and labour
matters. We are therefore compelled, as a major stakeholder in the
cases decided by the court to request for an investigation into the
circumstances surrounding the illegal appointment of the 12 new judges
of the NIC by the president based on the recommendations of the NJC.
More so, that some lawyers who were qualified by law were not
shortlisted by the President of the NIC, Justice Babatunde Adejumo,
because they are not connected to people in high places.

“We have confidence that the Chairman of the NJC and the Chief Justice
of Nigeria, Justice Aloma Mariam Mukhtar, who has embarked on
patriotic reform of the judiciary will not allow judges who are not
qualified to preside over cases in the NIC.

the people of Niger/delta produce and sustains the nations economy, but remains the most under developed, olobiri which was the first place where exploration started has no infrastructure to show for it,and the same situation applies to sisters communities
During the yar-adua administration he decided to come to terms with the youths who bear arms in the name of the N/D struggle ,thereby forgetting the intellectuals who decided to use diplomacy
Nigeria is the only country where crude oil theft is prevalent, vadalization, and sold without due process who are the people behind all this oil bunkery is the so called aristocrat
The so called leaders of the struggle collected amnesty with d exception of asari dokubo , rugged peter, etc
But what is the plight of the there followers? What is the plight of the region ? Has it improved?
The question is no because the so called generals have enriched them self, just last month innocent police men were shot down in bayelsa by the group Young shall grow as a means to express there anger ,this have prove to my theory of baff a pig dress a pig , a pig is a pig.
N/D struggle the aim has been defeated that's not what Jasper adaka boro intended , boyloaf ,fara, asari, father(ateke)all fought for selfish reasons
Am drawing there attention of the naïve youth who are used by this selfish leaders AMNESTY after how many years is still not gazzieted
And nothing is being don to gazziet it , My question is what is the motive ?

Politics / Naval Lietunant Duck For Life 4 Commiting Murder by realistkem(m): 10:38am On Jun 08, 2013
The Supreme Court has reafirmed the sentences of life imprisonment and dismissal handed to a Naval chief, Felix Olanrewaju Odunlami, who murdered a commercial motorcycle rider in Lagos.

Justice Bode Rhodes-Vivour, in a lead judgment yesterday upheld the decisions of the General Court Martial and the Court of Appeal, Lagos.
Odunlami was on January 27, 2006 arraigned before a General Court Martial with a three-count charge of manslaughter, loss of service item (for not being able to convincingly account for four rounds of 9mm live ammunition) and conduct to the prejudice of service discipline. The offences were contrary and punishable under sections 68(1) (a), 103(i) AFA 105 and 106 of the Armed Forces Act Cap A 20 laws of Nigeria.
Lieutenant Odunlami (with force number: NN2121) was traveling from the Lagos State Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja to Apapa on July 25, 2005 when, at the Allen Roundabout, Ikeja, a commercial motorcycle ridden by Peter Edeh hit the Naval officer’s car from behind.
On realising that the owner of the car was a military personnel, Edeh was said to have knelt down to beg Odunlami for forgiveness. Unable to overcome his anger, the Naval chief ignored Edeh’s plea; reached for his pistol and shot Edeh in his mouth. He died instantly.
Politics / Bounty Placed On Boko Haram Leader By US by realistkem(m): 11:41am On Jun 04, 2013
Abubakar Shekau uses the internet to send out his messages
Abubakar Shekau is the leader of the militant Islamist group Boko Haram, which has carried out a series of deadly attacks across northern Nigeria. Abdullahi Tasiu Abubakar from the BBC Hausa service looks at Nigeria's most wanted man, who has been designated a terrorist by the US government.

The leader of the militant Islamist group Boko Haram is said to be a fearless loner, a complex, paradoxical man - part intellectual, part gangster.

Fondly called imam or leader by his followers, Abubakar Muhammad Shekau was born in Shekau village in Nigeria's north-eastern state of Yobe.

Some say he is 35 or 36, others that he may be 44 - the uncertainty adds to the myths surrounding Nigeria's most wanted man.

The US government has offered a reward of up to $7m (£4.6m) for information about his location.

Radical theology student

Mr Shekau was once thought to have been killed by security forces in 2009 - only for him to reappear in videos posted on the internet less than a year later as Boko Haram's new leader.

The group's founder, Muhammad Yusuf died in police custody, and hundreds of others were killed during that massive crackdown - which many blame for making the group even more violent.

Mr Shekau has not been seen in public since.

Instead, still images and video clips of him are released from time to time, mostly online, by the group's faceless "public enlightenment department".

Mr Shekau is said to have met his predecessor in Maiduguri, capital of Borno state, and now Boko Haram's headquarters, through a mutual friend, Mamman Nur.

Nigeria's authorities say Mr Nur masterminded the August 2011 bombing of the UN office complex in Nigeria's capital, Abuja.

All three were theology students - and Mr Shekau was seen as the quietest and perhaps the most radical of them.

"He hardly talks, he is fearless," says Ahmed Salkida, a journalist with such good access to Boko Haram that, at one stage, he was suspected of being a member.

Under Mr Shekau, Boko Haram has become more radical and carried out more killings
He says he only escaped summary execution by Maiduguri police after an intelligence officer intervened.

"He is one of those who believes that you can sacrifice anything for your belief," Mr Salkida says.

Mr Shekau is fluent in his native Kanuri, Hausa and Arabic languages - he does not speak English.

"I used to joke with him that he should teach me Arabic and I would teach him English," Mr Salkida says.

When Mr Yusuf was killed, Mr Shekau is said to have married one of his four wives and adopted their children - perhaps, say sources who do not want to be named, to preserve Boko Haram's cohesion or "purity".

'Chilling message'

The group has a highly decentralised structure - the unifying force is ideology.

Mr Shekau does not communicate directly with the group's foot soldiers - he is said to wield his power through a few select cell leaders, but even then contact is minimal.

"A lot of those calling themselves leaders in the group do not even have contact with him," Mr Salkida says.

Mr Shekau has neither the charismatic streak nor the oratorical skills of his predecessor - but he has an intense ideological commitment and ruthlessness, say people who study the group.

"He is the leader of the more militant wing of the group as testified by his aping of Osama Bin Laden in his video appearances," says Abubakar Mu'azu from the University of Maiduguri.

Mr Shekau issued a chilling message in one of those appearances - which provides a major insight into what his leadership of the group will bring.

"I enjoy killing anyone that God commands me to kill - the way I enjoy killing chickens and rams," he said in the video clip released just after Boko Haram had carried out its deadliest attack in so far in January 2012, killing more than 180 people in Kano, northern Nigeria's largest city.

Mr Shekau is also the group's spiritual leader - and, judging by video footage, he seems equally comfortable delivering sermons to his followers.

"He has a photographic memory and is well versed in theology," Mr Salkida said.

He is nicknamed "Darul Tawheed", which translates as a specialist in Tawheed. This is an orthodox doctrine of the uniqueness and oneness of Allah, which is the very cornerstone of Islam.

But Nigeria's mainstream Muslim clerics do not regard Mr Shekau as a scholar and question his understanding of Islam - and regularly condemn the bombings and drive-by shootings committed by his followers against anyone who disagrees with them.
