Health / 8 Easy Tips For Men To Increase Their Fertility by remediesng(m): 3:11pm On Apr 21, 2021
Fertility issues that involve the male reproductive system are often easy to treat. male infertility is receptive to changing health habits and lifestyles. For instance, if a man stops smoking tobacco within three months there will be an improvement in the sperm counts can be  (approximately how long it takes for new sperm to develop).
Whether you have just decided that you're ready to try to conceive, or you have been trying for a long time, you are probably thinking often about your fertility—and whether there is anything you can do to improve it, here are eight 8 ways to increase Your fertility and improve sperm health.

Add Antioxidants to Your Diet

You must have heard antioxidants been called cancer and heart disease fighters, but they can also increase male fertility. Studies have revealed that men who took antioxidants had less DNA-damaged sperm when compared to men who don't take antioxidants.
There are several antioxidants, and a few of them with the potential to increase sperm health are listed below.

Folic acid: such as Beef liver, leafy green vegetables, fruits, beans, peas, and fortified grains

Lycopene: such as Tomatoes, apricots, pink grapefruit, and watermelon

Selenium: such as high amounts in Brazil nuts,  cod, beef, turkey, and chicken

Vitamin C: Many fruits and vegetables, with the highest levels in red peppers, kiwi, oranges, and grapefruit

Vitamin E: such as Nuts, seeds, oils, and leafy greens

Zinc: in foods like oysters, crab, red meat, poultry, and beans

Eat More Greens

The role of diet and fertility is not well understood, but the available evidence indicates that a balanced, healthy diet benefits male fertility. What's best for your sperm is likely what will be most nutritious for your whole body. Choose lean sources of protein (like fish and chicken), plenty of fresh veggies and fruits, healthy fats (like olive oil and nuts), and whole grains.

Quit Smoking

There is a lot of  good reasons to quit smoking habit. one of which is to increase your fertility. Studies has found that smoking affects many aspects of sperm health, including decreased sperm counts, decreased sperm motility (the swimming ability of the sperm), and sperm shape.
It is a very good idea to quit smoking even if you're going through fertility treatments.
Female fertility can also be affected by male smoking habits. they are exposed to secondhand smoke which can increase the risk of pregnancy loss.

Limit Alcohol

Too much consumption of alcohol can decrease your fertility.  Are you hoping to conceive? then it's time to stop drinking alcohol.
A study of people with alcohol use disorder found that only 12% of the men had completely normal sperm counts and health, compared to 37% of non-smokers and non-alcoholics. high alcoholic consumption has been associated with lower sperm counts, fewer normally shaped sperm, and worse sperm motility.
However, Moderate alcohol consumption might not have a major impact on sperm health—especially if you don't drink every day.

Avoid Toxic Chemicals in the Workplace

There are certain kind of work that can cause you to have difficulty while trying to conceive.  occupations that can affect male fertility may include farming and painting. these occupations has a higher chance increasing infertility and significantly lower sperm counts, while Metalworkers and welders (as a group) were also found to have a higher incidence of poor sperm motility.
One possible reason for this condition may be due to the chemicals people in these occupations are exposed to . More so, metalworkers could experience overheating, which can lower sperm counts.
You may try to avoiding contact with toxins and hazardous substances in the workplace either by wearing a mask and gloves or keeping your body well-covered.

If you are trying to conceive, you may want to start placing your laptop on the table or desk as heat from a laptop may impact your fertility.
Research has shown that high temperatures can damage sperm and that is why the male reproductive organs are outside of the body just to keep temperatures lower than 98.6 degrees F (our normal body temperature). you can avoid too much heat by doing  the following

Avoid long hot baths, it can raise the scrotum's temperature.
Avoid sitting for long periods of time, get up and walk around for a while.
Don't sit with your laptop on your lap, Keeping your legs tightly together to balance the laptop, along with the heat generated by the computer itself, can lead to higher than normal scrotal temperatures.
Avoid extremely tight wears and non-breathable fabric, some studies have shown that wearing tight underwear or compression garments (like running leggings or bike shorts) could affect sperm, likely due to increased heat without breathing room
Aim for a Healthy Weight

Overweight or Underweight can upset the body's hormonal balance which can lead to lower sperm counts. You can increase your fertility by ensuring a healthy body weight.

Treat Underlying Medical Conditions

Infections and other medical conditions may affect fertility. For instance, untreated diabetes can cause retrograde ejaculation leading to infertility. An untreated infection of the reproductive system or urinary tract can reduce sperm motility. also, repeated infections can cause scarring, which can block the passage of semen. All this contributes to infertility.

Conclusion

It’s very common in children, older adults, and people with chronic diseases, but it can happen to anyone. Even healthy adults can experience mild dehydration in the morning or after vigorous exercise.

One of the common causes of cloudy urine is urinary tract infections (UTIs). this infection occurs anywhere along the urinary tract. They can affect the urethra, bladder, ureters, and kidneys. It is more common in women than in men, because women have a shorter urethra that is more easily contaminated by vaginal and fecal bacteria.
White blood cells sent from the body to fight the excess bacteria are excreted mix with urine making it appear cloudy or milky.

Other symptoms of UTIs include:

a strong or constant need to urinate
urine that appears cloudy, milky, red, pink, or brown

Bacterial vaginosis and other infections happen when there is overgrowth in certain bacteria, fungi, or other organisms.
A healthy vagina normally maintains a delicate balance of good bacteria. Under certain circumstances, however, this balance is lost and it leads to the overgrowth of unhealthy bacteria and a change in vaginal chemistry known as bacterial vaginosis. Vaginitis causes cloudy urine when white blood cells or discharge mixes with your urine.

Other signs of vaginitis include:

itching, pain, or burning in or around the vagina
abnormal watery discharge
foul-smelling discharge
a fish-like odor that worsens after sex
yellow, green, grey, or cottage cheese-like discharge
burning while urinating

if you fail to treat vaginitis, it may increase your risk of contracting sexually transmitted infections.

Sexually transmitted infections

Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are infections that can be passed from one person to another during sexual contact.
Many common STIs, like gonorrhea and chlamydia, have few symptoms. As with other infections (vaginitis and UTIs), white blood cells respond to the site of the infection. These white blood cells can mix with urine, creating a cloudy appearance.

STIs can also cause abnormal vaginal or penile discharge. As urine exits the urethra, it can mix with discharge and become cloudy.

Other possible  symptoms of an STI include

genital itching
burning during urination
rash, blisters, or warts
genital pain
pelvic pain in women
pain during or after sex

Conclusion
There are many possible reasons why your urine could look cloudy. Some could be harmless, in most cases harmful, and require prompt attention.  untreated infection is a popular cause of infertility in both women and men. it can also lead to serious pelvic infection and pregnancy complications. In men, Infections can severely affect the prostate and other organs of the reproductive tract.
Experiencing any of the above symptoms? if Yes, pay attention to treating such Infection without delay.

Health / Can Infection Delay Period? - Relationship Between Infection And Menstruation by remediesng(m): 1:21pm On Apr 16, 2021
Menstruation occurs as part of a woman’s monthly cycle. it’s vaginal bleeding which is normal. when the egg from the ovary is not fertilized to become pregnant, the uterus (womb) sheds its lining which comes out of the vaginal with blood.

Menstrual bleeding usually lasts from three to five days. along with bleeding, menstruation also comes with headaches and fatigue, mood swings, food craving, abdominal cramping, and lower back pain

An infection may not impact your cycle on a hormonal level, but it can cause bleeding making you think you are getting your period more frequently than normal. Bacterial infections such as pelvic inflammatory disease and sexually transmitted infections can inflame and cause the inside of your uterus to bleed. Infection also causes you to bleed between your regular period. Infection can delay the period, in some cases lead to the absence of the period by scarring the lining of the uterus which hinders the building and shedding of the uterus.
