Hello all,I’m in a mess and I need your advice.I know I’ve messed up but it’s my desperation that got me into this.I contacted an agent to help me with my visa application to italy embassy.I submitted all the requested documents with my real statement of account but when I went back to pick up my passport..a letter was sent instead that I submitted some fake documents (the letters from the company he alleged I work with)and my passport and documents will be sent to Nigeria police special fraud unit.
Has anyone been in this situation before ?I don’t even know when the police will contact me cause I don’t know if they’ve got the passport already or yet to get it.I desperately need my passport cause a legit travel opportunity has now opened for me.I don’t know what next to do

I have gotten admission into Canada University for a post graduate study but I am confused on how to put in my application.
I have a husband and a son,my question is
1.Should I apply alone and later apply for my son and husband when I get my Visa
2.Should I apply for visitors visa for my son and husband along side my application
3.Should I apply for SOWP for my husband and visitors visa for my son alongside my application .

Please which among the three options is the best and also increase my chances?

If the question is Have you applied for a Canada visa your answer should be yes because you submitted your application before you withdrew , but if the question is have you been refused a Visa application before your answer should be no because , you were never refused Visa but you withdrew your application.

If you want to explain this on your webform its not bad to avoid a situation that it will be seen you are withholding an information , you can go future to explain you answered no because you thought that an application without an decision on it was not valid but after a careful review you discovered you were wrong and hence the correction . You can also state the reason for your withdrawal then .

I want to apply SOWP and study permits for my wife and children respectively.
Can I use my existing GCKey for the application or my wife should open a new GCKey and apply for herself and the kids.

My wife study visa has been approved… she’ll go in December..her study starts in January…. Can I apply for open work permit now or I should wait till she gets there ? Please help !!

Speaking of E-Yellow card, After Scanning the QR and can verify your details on the FMOH website, make sure your name, DOB is the same on your passport, the date of you when you took the vaccine and type of vaccine taken is the same on your yellow card. The High Commission take note of the tiniest details when checking.

I’m sorry but hotels.com is a third party booking site which the consulate don’t accept. They expect you to book from the hotel website itself just in case they want to verify if you have any reservations, it will be easy for both consulate & hotel.

They are not fraud bro. It depends on how you arrange your documents and your bank statement must have a reference letter from your bank. I submitted on oct 8 and got mine yesterday. I was expecting my visa to be out within 5 days before but I think it’s due to some delays cos my bank statement is heavy

You can as well call your bank and ask why they called and ask if you submitted your bank statement to any embassy.. you have every right to ask them anything concerning your bank account with them.

Hello NL.. My bank jst called me yesterday asking if I summited my statement of account to any embassy.. I said yes nd they asked me which embassy and I said its south African embassy.. They jst hang the call..
Meanwhile I applied for a tourist visa since 28 of june and up till this moment I hv neva heard anything from the embassy.
Pls does it mean the embassy is attending to my application by demanding if am the true owner of the account.. Pls I need advice because I want to apply for withdrawal of my passport.
