Health / Re: A Thread For Physical Fitness and BodyBuilders On Nairaland by Richard215: 5:58pm On Nov 18, 2016
More health tips o, my little contribution

Chew more to eat less

Picking up a snack pack here and there for consumption may seem virtuous, but irrespective of everything chewed you stand more chance of getting hungrier than when you ate something more substantial. In other words eating small amount of carbohydrates does nothing but triggers your blood sugar and leave you wanting more carbohydrates.

It is recommended that those snack packs which you grab for chewing purpose should contain more protein and fat that carbs. Because the protein and fats helps you get full faster and stay full longer and you would end up eating fewer calories.

Say no to energy drinks when you are tired

If you are in a habit of re-energizing your system with energy drinks when you are tired please quite it. Energy drinks levels five times more caffeine than coffee, but it may interest you to know that the boost they tend to provide comes with unpleasant side effects like nervousness, irritability and rapid heartbeat, on top of that energy drinks often contain high levels of taurine a central nervous system stimulant, an increase of 50 grams of sugar (a 13 teaspoon worth). The sweetness spikes up blood sugar temporarily, yes temporarily only to crash soon after, leaving you inactive and weak and you reaching for another energy drink.

You are down like feeling tired just, lay those heads if you are not in a position to, look for another alternative aside those cans.

Webmasters / Some Notable Webstars by Richard215: 5:48pm On Nov 18, 2016
1) My Twitter dude, i thought it wise to at least find a little article about that guy make e no come be say we just dey flex twitter and we no know anything about the brother.

Jack Dorsey is the co-founder and CEO of Twitter, and the founder and CEO of a mobile payment company Square. He was named to the MIT Technology Review TR35 in 2008 as one of the top 35 innovators in the world under the age of 35. He also received the award for technology in 2012 by the Wall Street Journal.

Dorsey (November 19-1976) was born and raised in St. Louis, he is the son of Marcia (smith) and Tim Dorsey, part Italian descent. His mother was a homemaker while his father worked for a company that developed mass spectrometers. His uncle was a Catholic priest in Cincinnati and he was raised Catholic. He went to Catholic high school, at Bishop Du Bourg High School.

By age fourteen, Dorsey had become interested in dispatch routing. Some of the open source software he created in the area of dispatch logistics is still used by many taxi cab companies. Dorsey attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology before subsequently transferring to New York University Tandon School of Engineering, but he dropped out. He first came up with the idea that became Twitter at New York University. While working on dispatching as a programmer, he later moved to California.

Religion / Re: The Christian Chatbox ( sticky) by Richard215: 5:36pm On Nov 18, 2016
taling about christianity, i came across this aricle. Christianity was introduced into the Nigeria in the early 19th century and then set into diocese, Abeokuta, currently houses the first Bible that was brought into the country by the early Missionaries. Catholicism came to Abeokuta in 1880 from where it spread to the other parts of what is now Abeokuta Diocese. The history of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Abeokuta is intertwined with the wider history of the missionary works of the Fathers of the Society of African Missions (SMA) and Sisters of Our Lady of Apostles (OLA). While the SMA Fathers arrived in 1880, the OLA Sisters followed in 1886. Since then, the Church has continued to grow

The world wide web which has become the hub of storing and restoring information, considered to be the safest vault, is a mere toy in the hands of a few computer geniuses. Hackers, Black Hat Hackers, villains, crackers, cyber-criminals, cyber pirates as they are well-known, throw a malicious software or virus at a system to gain the access to the desired information. Piqued by curiosity, they may perhaps break into your system too. click on the link below to check it out
