Some pips will think APC stand a chance in akwa ibom. Dream on. Even with my soft spot for them...

The truth is, it's 5 times easier for PDP to win Lagos than APC win akwa ibom
Again when violence or protest is reported, you've got to question where? If there are 5 incidences of violence apparently in 5 polling units or wards, can one safely conclude that there was no elections and the results from thousands or hundreds of polling units or wards respectively are faked? To even think that there are 31 LGA in the state, how many of these can the APC comfortably claim victory?
If so then what happened to the card readers that were used, where they also faked.
I think that the essence of the card readers was to stop people from ballots stuffing and faking results.

Sorry if voters were accredited using the card readers as i know happen generally across the state then APC are just wasting their time.
As the card readers make elections difficult to rig, so also do they make election results difficult to cancel
Why did Akpabio have to make this a do or die affair? Why did he have to arm thugs to cause pandemonium? I blame Umana though. He should have organized his own thugs too so that they would have been bloodbath yesterday. Nobody has a monopoly of violence. Imagine Sam Edem, a former NDDC chairman shooting sparodically as a common motor park tout.

that onofiok of a guy is a bulldozer.
i so love him with passion.he is a crowd puller.umana no near am
Bros Onofiok is a grassroots politician. I see a future governor here. But he is supporting Umana underground. They are from the same L. G. A now. I know what I am talking about. You should know he is one guy that will come to the village and sit down with guys to drink. The last time I sat down with that guy, he said and I quote 'Umana is the next governor'. I like the guy though. Very good bad guy. Unoma Akpabio came to disrupt his primaries for house of assembly. You needed to see boys ready to fight the governor's wife for Onofiok

Why is anyone not mentioning Sen. John James Akpan Udoedeghe?

Does he not have influence any more in Akwa Ibom state?

Was opportuned to meet this man @ a crusade in Calabar when I was serving there, mehn! Ds man get followers like madt.

How posterity is judging him presently, I don't understand. If there's any reason why I'm interested in Akwa-ibom's politics, it's because of him. Someone should please tell me his whereabouts oh!
Udoedeghe is one politician that doesn't really know what he wants. In 2007, he stood at a Primary School close to my house and raised Akpabio's hand and made the statement that he doesn't care if Akpabio is Olumba or not, but he will be the one to win. He was Akpabio's campaign manager then. And it was then that rumors were rife that Akpabio was a member of Olumba Olumba obu. Fast forward four years later, due to disagreements with Akpabio, he decamped to ACN and contested against Akpabio. No doubts if the elections was free and fair, he would have floored Akpabio. He had a cult like followership cos the Ibibios felt cheated by the Akpabio government. People were ready to die for him. But as we all know, the election was rigged for Akpabio. Fast forward to 2014, after the merger to form APC, he was still the viable candidate to challenge PDP. Until Umana was disqualified from the PDP primaries. Umana decamped to APC and hijacked the structure of the party. Truth be told. Udoedeghe has grassroots followership. But he doesn't have the financial muscle to challenge PDP. I never saw an APC bus in Aks till Umana joined. Umana gave the Apc life in akwa ibom. PDP may win though but I bet you in Umana, this elections will be so tough. Having the opportunity to know Umana and Udoedeghe personally, I won't take any of them as my governor. I live in Afaha Offot, Udoedeghe's hometown. And sincerely speaking, this town doesn't look like a place that has produced a senator and a minister. His village people despise him so much cos they felt he is of no use today them. I am from Ndiya, Umana's village. My family house is 5 mins walk from his house. His first son was my classmate. Umana is so self centered that he moved the Local Government police station from the local government headquarters that we were born to see to the back of his house. He told Akpabio not to pay minimum wage when he was commissioner of finance. Umana is not a better alternative though but I am supporting him cos Akpabio's own is too much. Meanwhile I heard Udoedeghe collected money from Akpabio, I heard it was 2 billion to stud and destabilize Umana from within the Apc

i dont think u r from akwa ibom, but if u r then u r a political novice.
if buhari lost in katsina then udom will lose in eket senatorial district where udom is from. n for ikot ekpene if osibanjo lost in southwest then i think moses ekpo will lose too cos that is his senatorial district n dont forget akpabio is from thr. the battle will be in uyo senatorial district. also dont forget the next senator reppng uyo is akpabio boy, the current speaker who hails from etinan na akpabio boy, onofiok luke na akpabio, coincidentally comes from d same lg wif umana. n whr dat boyy dey umana na toy!
am being realistic n i give it to udom!
Bros as an insider and someone from Nsit Ubium, Onofiok is with Umana though still with the PDP. He is supporting Umana underground. I can only speak for my L. G. A alone. Most PDP stalwarts are backing Umana underground and fronting PDP. You know that Onofiok is a don and he will deliver Nsit Ubium L. G. A to Umana

Oyedepo is a fool. I say this with no regrets or apologies. Selfish and self centered god of men. I guess by now he has opened the gates of hell, gone in and locked himself inside. SMH for winners members.

That's why Akwa Ibom people will stick to Udom Emanuel-the proponent of the uncommon transformer. To hell with the self centered, power hungry Umana. Umana can never and would never govern my beloved state
