House please ooooooooooooo. Which of the doctors will give me letter of Responsibility? I earlier got from El paso and I need to make a quick change. My interview is this week.

Please I need some clarifications. I have interview on Thursday and I also have a letter of Responsibility from Doctores Parati which stated the name of the Medical doctor that will be taking care. My letter was signed. I also made a prepayment of the hospital bill. What are my chances.

It's a bit confusing, does it mean that they do send letters without being signed or without the doctor's name being stated in the letter.

Some hospitals offer some discounts for self pay, uninsured patients and for the patients paying cash for their hospital bills. Please will these be deemed as utilizing Public Fund. We will be traveling to USA to deliver our baby and we want to be careful not to use Public funds.
