An illegal parked car somewhere, if someone is to call and the police responds,the police would call tow truck service and they will take it to the impound. If in a 1month or 3months and no one calls to check where his vehicle is, they will sell it in the auction..

And if someone comes later on to claim it, there is what we call auto bond or insurance.
