With a budget of 250k you should also consider Garki Areas 1, 2, 3, 8, 10.
You can find a self contained or an apartment with a shared sitting room and kitchen. Commuting from Garki to Central area is quite cheap.
thanks sir I’m grateful for your response.

If u say wuse 2. Which means your ppa should be around secretariat area. Firstly, rule out the thought of renting an apartment in wuse 2, apartment here are extremely expensive. Wuse 2 is for the big men. The options you have in relation to housing are
1. Getting a house at mpape
2.getting a house around nyanya/maraba axis
3. Lugbe area can be considered as well

Cost of transportation and feeding are moderate. About transportation with time u tend to know how to enroute cheaper.. But please be careful Abuja is filled with one chance drivers.

Those three area mention above u can get a place from 70k ~ 150k.. Lugbe is kinda more expensive as it could range for up to 200k for a self contain
secondly which one is closer to Wuse 2, Mpape or Lugbe?

Hi, I’ve been an ardent follower of this thread and I will like to seek for your advice on how to go about this. I got my MSC from a recognized private university in republic of benin. They sent my transcript to WELLS for over a month. They have not send a letter/mail to my university to confirm my degree till now.

Hello guys, I was denied visa today but my parents were given. That was my piority and I’m happy they got it. I noticed 99% of all the young people I saw both married and single were denied only old people. For those who intend to go for their interview you guys should pray and hope for the best.

I’ve just graduated from a School with a Bsc Degree in Public health boss. That was why I said I’m about to undergo the mandatory 1 year Nysc

Okay, I get. Actually wanted to know why you are studying somewhere here in Africa instead of the US like your sibling, or even at somewhere in Europe.... I think getting a student visa for North America will be easier for you than a visit visa. Again, everything is possible, I won’t dare writing your application off.

Meanwhile, forget that “going as a group” thing, they will easily still know you to filter out if you are not qualified for the visa, no be today!
Okay I can relate boss, not a do or die affair though. If my visa application is approved cool if not no wahala. My main priority is my parents getting it due to the fact that they spent a lot of money training a foreign student medical personnel at the US

Your parents have quite quite higher probability of getting, yours may be pretty slim (anything is possible though), seems like you are just sandwiched in there with them as the decoy. Y’all have to individually qualify though.... Who’s sponsoring your sibling’s education in the US, and yours too? Why are you not studying in the US?
my Dad sponsored her degree. We applied as a group so we are going for the interview together. I personally, prefer Canada to US, I intend going for my masters in Canada after my Nysc

Do you guys have good enough travel history and what other ''ties'' do you have?
I studied in an African country. My parents have not travelled out before. The only ties we have is my two siblings who are here. My parents are almost 60years old and they have a thriving business here. My mom is a nurse who will retire soon. We do not intend to over stay our visa though. Can my dad go with his company statement of Account and documents?

Our interview is coming up soon and I will love to know which documents my parents should bring along and myself.
Note: I have two other sibling living here in Nigeria who are not travelling with us.
I will be grateful to hear from you all. Thanks

This man is saying the obvious. I’ve always known the Prof to be Intelligent and Articulate whenever he’s making a speech at the Senate. The present constitution is a disaster and I’m glad someone is speaking out. Unfortunately he’s been part of the National Assembly for years and I guess hes saying this now because he won’t be going back to the National Assembly after May. He should speak out more and we Nigerians should stir up discussions that will lift the mind of our people to demand for a better Constitution.

Why does pdp consider the election in which they lose as rigged, now that Fayose lost Ekiti to APC at the presidential and guba elections including his own very LG who will he blame for the rigging again?
Election in Ekiti was rigged via vote buying and threat of gun. P.S if you don’t stay in Ekiti don’t argue with me!

So because of 2023 we should vote for APC?
What did we Yorubas benefit from Obasanjos regime and osibanjos position as Vice President.

You don’t get my point? I’m not comparing Obj regime with the current regime. My point is what did we benefit from both? The current regime has not performed up to mediocre so why should we because of that vote for their party’s candidates? I’m not from Oyo but people should only vote based on what is on ground not some future plans about 2023 that might still not turn out in favour of the Yorubas.

Didn't obj do it during his time once u no dy PDP?

The truth is DT we CNT afford to be in the opposition considering the dwindling finances and our low IGR.......once we are in opposition, some benefit will definitely not be benefitted,DTS how politics is in Nigeria, u believe it or not.... Its the truth.

And for A Yoruba presidency come 2023, Southwest must be able to produce a common front , just like Southeast are currently..... Because Hausa vice president is constant in 2023, so the ones with a better and most united front BTW the west and east, will win the slot for presidency comes, 2023......
A word is enuf for the wise..
