She needs to get the English proficiency letter from the registrar's office. There's a certain format for it otherwise ecctis or naric will think it's fake. My sister had the same problem but resolved now.

For the physical card, you can use a GT bank dollar card or Wema bank dollar card. You have to make a request for it and have a domiciliary account with either bank and pay dollar into the domiciliary account and then transfer to the card using your online banking.

For the virtual card, you can use Vesti virtual card and its quite effective. Download the app and get verified. I used it to pay for my wife Naric (Ecctis).

English proficiency test is a MUST. Be it skilled worker or health work.

It now depends on you the way you want to prove your English proficiency.

UKVI accepts any of the following listed here.

(My honest opinion) ===If you are a BSc holder and you have funds, BSc degree certificate, letter from your school stating that you were taught in English and your official transcript. And you want to do a care Job, just go for NARIC evaluation. Save yourself the headache of IELTS.
