Politics / Re: Stella Oduah Given 72-hour Ultimatum To Resign By Anti-corruption Network by talk4free: 2:39pm On Oct 18, 2013
kaeto: they should commit suicide to show their seriousness. Their mates are setting themselves ablaze in algeria and egypt. And even at that, princess stella odua is going nowhere. She will definitely stay their and complete the Enugu international airport project and even the cargo airports in the East. Fashola was asking why the east is not developed, but they are the cause, they cry against any airport or sea port in the East, yet they boast they are developed. Why not the yorubas stand on their own without dragging the Igbos to do business through and in lagos? Useless set of hypocrites who has failed to confess that the Igbos are feeding their lazy amala souls. They should also protest fashola's use of N600 million to purchase 3 bullet proof jeeps, 2 for himself as governor and 1 for tinubu the then ACN leader. NONSENSE!

I pity the children that will come out of your loins. To think you will raise your own kids with this level of irresponsiblity you have just displayed is indeed frightening.
In case you don't know, since you obviously don't use your mucus filled brain, its because of people like Stella that you are still hoping for the airport to be built in Enugu in 2013. If the fact that a yoruba man steals, a Hausa man steals and hence an Ibo man must steal clearly points to why you are in your situation. But you don't know because you are obviously stupid. If the people in charge of any state had remained steadfast while others were stealing, that state would have been the little dubai in Nigeria.
We know they are all the same. Everyone knows that. But for you to openly support such is outright disgusting. And this applies to the rest like you. I do pity your generation!!!

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Are Engineers The Most Unemployed Graduates In This Country by talk4free: 9:28am On Oct 13, 2013
Well, IMO i don;t think its just engineers that are unemployed. I think the whole lot of Nigerian gradautes are unemployed save for a very small percentage. But then lets look at this in perspective.....the road side mechanic is probably better than the graduate mechanic until the graduate gets some experience, same for the road side electrician, road side mason compared to the civil engr and so on. Our schools don't train us to be ready from the day of graduation.
Secondly, our corruption and mediocre/incompetent leaders have either frustrated the efforts of new industries from being established, while they have chased already existing ones away due to the constant harassment for bribes and contracts.
Hence no industries.....no job for engineers (and others o)
No quality after graduates, the few industries still remaining will definitely fight over the so many experienced ones that are available, since they have been laid off from other companies that have closed shop.

Education / Re: University Of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) Chatroom by talk4free: 1:47pm On Oct 11, 2013
I really feel sorry for you all. You all talk about beans and hotplates and hostel and all other things you miss. Its shocking that there's very few people here talking about what lies ahead of you. You lives and futures is being used as a bargaining chip by both your lecturers and your government. Yet you all waste your time here talking about frivolities.
If you all like, don;t think about your futures. Sit there and believe graduating from Uni-whatever is the ultimate. You'll all be so shocked when you come out of the protection of the school walls. Its a tough life out there, and even those that finish with excellent results struggle to earn a daily living, how much more the majority of you that are just struggling to move to the next class.
I weep for you all.......its a pity.
The youths of all countries are responsible for bringing change to their countries. Its only different in Nigeria and its definitely because you all are too short sighted to imagine what your life will be after school, when your country is so disgustingly corrupt. Don't take the future into your hands.....sit down there and be looking. The streets are waiting for all you "future graduates"
