Serge Aurier has denied claims that he spat in the direction of Tottenham fans after scoring his side's third goal in a 4-2 win over Olympiacos on Tuesday.

After being two goals down, Aurier fired Spurs in front with less than 20 minutes remaining, and footage emerged that seemed to show the right-back spitting towards the home supporters during the celebrations. 

The 26-year-old choose to cup his eyes after scoring but he has strongly denied that he had any intention of spitting at fans in a post published on his ​Instagram account on Wednesday.

Some staff of Guarantee Trust Bank on Monday stopped the sealing of its branch on Ogui road in Enugu, claiming they have an order for stay of execution of the previous order by a federal high court.

TVC News Correspondent Bamidele Ajayi reports that what seemed like a mild drama ensued at the Ogui Road branch of the Guaranty Trust Bank, when the court bailiff were prevented from carrying out the seal-off exercise facility based on the writ of Fifa execution granted by the federal high court, Awka division.

The representative of the Counsel to Innoson Motors, discredited the motion on notice wielded by the bank personnel. He said the GTB management is standing on the way of the law, for barring the bailiff from carrying out a rightful order of the court Awka,

One of the Bank officials who spoke with newsmen at the Ogui branch of the GTB, claimed that the bank has secured a motion on notice to stop further sealing of its branches.

The federal high court sitting in Awka had given an order for the execution of a Supreme Court judgment in favour Innoson Motors against the GTBank.

The order allows the sealing of of GTBank facilities if they failed to pay the judgment sum of N2.4 billion which has accrued to N8.7 billion.

The lawmaker representing Etsako West Constituency ll in the Edo State House of Assembly, Sylvanus Eruaga, has asked the Federal High Court, sitting in Benin, to compel the Independent National Electoral Commission to withdraw the Certificate of Return issued to Seid Oshiomhole, who was declared the winner of the recently conducted State House Assembly poll in the constituency

Eruaga is also seeking an order for a perpetual injunction restraining Seid, the younger brother of the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole, from parading himself as the member-elect for Etsako West Constituency ll.

Defendants in the suit with number FHC/B/CS/36/2019, are, Independent National Electoral Commission, the All Progressives Congress, Said Oshiomhole, Edo State House of Assembly, Edo State government and the Clerk, Edo State House of Assembly.

Eruaga, a PDP lawmaker, through his Counsel, Barr. Dele Igbinedion, said his constitutionally prescribed four-year tenure would expire on the 5th April 2020.

Relying on subsisting a Court of Appeal judgment delivered on December 19th 2015 (Appeal No CA/EPT/ 343/3015) in his favour, the plaintiff also prayed the court to determine whether the tenure of his office commenced on the 5th April 2016 when he subscribed to oaths of office and allegiance or 8th June 2015 when the Assembly was inaugurated.

He added that the plaintiff’s seat which the Independent National Electoral Commission conducted the March 9th 2019 election to fill was not vacant.

No date has been set for the case to be mentioned.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is powered by a 4050mAh non removable battery, thereby receiving 30% power upgrade over its predecessor. This which means you can count on the battery to last 3 full days if you do an hour each of calling, browsing the web and video playback a day.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 features a 5.5″ Full HD IPS, the same as on the Redmi Note 2.This is good, except for the fact that it isn’t of the scratch-resistant kind. you just have to be very careful with the way you display your display.

Yes, iOS apps generate more revenue than Android apps. As of first quarter of 2015, the iOS App Store apps generated about twice as much revenue as Google Play apps. Checkout these stats from App Annie:



So here is the question; If More apps are downloaded from google play store and yet iOS makes more money, what could be responsible for that? The answer is China.

The thing is, due to Android’s sizable market share, Google Play apps has always been in the lead in terms of the number of downloads, while iOS apps have consistently beat out Google Play apps in terms of revenue. But according to new data out this morning from app store analytic firm App Annie, that gap is still widening – in a large part due to iOS’s growth in China.

China has, for the first time surpassed the U.S. in quarterly iOS downloads in the first quarter of 2015. This is due to massive sales of iPhones in china. And Apple had previously said that China had accounted for $16 billion in sales in the market. However, though downloads in China are soaring, the U.S. still tops that market in terms of revenue.

Meanwhile, Google Play downloads increased by 70% during Q3 2014 to Q1 2015. These increases were due to Android’s growth in emerging markets, especially places like Mexico, Turkey and Brazil. Meanwhile, the countries leading in Google Play revenue include Japan, the U.S., South Korea, Germany and Taiwan.

So my take is, most Android devices out there are budget devices, and most consumers don’t spend much on app purchases. While iPhones are consistently marketed as premium devices whose average purchaser has the tendency of purchasing an app. What do you think?

They Believe That The Dead Will Live Again.

The Igbos believe that there is a place called "land of the dead" otherwise known as "discarnate realm". This realm is inhibited by the souls of the deceased who are eager to return back to the land of the living. This place is believed to be undisirable for these deceased souls and thus prompt their return to the land of the living by means of reincarnation.

They Believe Perfection Is Achieved Through Reincarnation.
The Igbo believe that a person can attain perfection by being reincarnated over and over again. Also, the belief in reincarnation comforts a dying person who believes he is yet to attain perfection in the life that is ending. The dying person is never scared of dying, instead they believe they will be born anew by a member of the family. This means they will continue to improve their status quo from incarnation to incarnation till they attain perfection.

They Believe That What You Do Now Will speak For You In Death And In Your Next Life.

The Igbo believe that how well you conduct yourself in your present life will determine how much you'll be respected both in the land of the dead and in your next life. Consequently, if an evildoer dies, no matter how rich and powerful they might be, they would be a subject of mockery in the land of the dead. Also, things may go wrong with the person in their next life. They may also be reincarnated as wild animals, or trees, or anything that is non-human.

They Believe That Young Ones Reincarnate Quicker Than Old Ones.

The Igbo believe that someone who dies at a younger age will incarnate more quickly that someone who dies at old age. This means that someone who is yet to become what they are destined to be in life but were terminated early in life will be reincarnated quicker so as to resume their destiny sooner.

Some Believes That Not Everyone Reincarnates.

Some Igbo believe that those who lived worthless and ineffective lives, for example, those who never got married or had children, or those that committed suicide, never get reincarnated. Sometimes, when someone refuses to forgive a dead person who was wicked when they were alive might prevent the dead person from being reincarnated. Also a dead person can be prevented from being reincarnated if they are denied of their burial rites or are buried face down, or by any other rituals.
