1) Ask him what he is doing with condoms
2) Don't assume he is cheating.
3) Do you live with him? His friends might be using his place to get down with chicks. Have you considered this? Point is you need to hear his side of the story
4) Are you having sex with him?
5) Cheating is a terrible thing to do, but it doesn't mean he doesn't love you. Love and sex are poles apart for most men.

A person who should have been slammed with a defamation and libel suit, walking around free. Showing off his loot from service as an FGN minister. This man is lacking in decorum and character.

HBD, hope he remembers to reflect on his life

Take a look at number 240. 210 Million for a cobbled road in Abijo GRA residential scheme?? This is large scale fraud. Yes the projects are competed but go check out the length, quality and impact. No one lives in Abijo GRA.

So this is ALL that is achievable with billions and billions of dollars of oil revenue , taxes and other non oil related revenues.
What a dismal performance?

Sagamite:

I was not even talking about grammar. undecided

I was talking about ability to reason and make deductions.

Which kind of institution produces "graduates" that believe your wife will cheat on you solely because you slept with another man's wife?

Nollywood University?

The paucity of logical reasoning in the average Nigerian is mind blowing!

When some white people call some blacks monkeys, it is in reality a deep and offensive insult to monkeys. Some real, natural monkeys are far higher up the intellectual totem pole.
[sub][/sub]

@sagamite,you need to understand the Nigerian psyche. Religion, cultural beliefs, the "deep" African belief in mystical powers makes it impossible to apply sound intellectual judgement or more correctly deductive logic to the average Nigerian. Else why are there so many gullible people around, fleeced daily by.........,,,

One Nigeria brought the aforementioned things to the fore and magnified by 100. Break Nigeria today, those things won't disappear but will return to their pre 1914 level or at least pre 1966 when we are independent of each others everyday governance/life though strong regional autonomous govts.
Everyday, you want Igbos out of your land, people are being deported inside their own country and on the same breath, you want one Nigeria, does it make any sense?
Age got everything to do with it, because those around even in 1970 after a bitter civil war, will tell you that Nigerian then were more tolerant than Nigeria of 2013.

Please stop generalising! Who wants Igbos out of where? My best friend is from Nkpor, please stop looking at the world from your ethnic colored viewpoint. Why don't you blame GEJ for amplifying the fault lines? The things I mention are not the result of multiple ethnicities living together. They are there because of people like you who read ethnic slants to things and the bad leadership! Go check out ethnic differences in UK, Belgium, Spain to mention a few countries.............. You think they are the same people? If you do not believe in Nigeria, there is always the option of voting with your feet.

Keeping Nigeria one has been the biggest obstacle to Nigeria and Nigerians toward lasting progress. I you are waiting to be told that by now or pretending that you don't know yet, you are not old enough to discuss Nigeria.

No keeping Nigeria one has never being the biggest obstacle, Nepotism, Kleptomania, ethinic bigotry, entitlement mentality, thieves masquerading as leaders, poor and visionless leadership are the biggest obstacles.
Please address issues without making personal references, age has nothing to do with this discussion.
Politics / Re: 'Let’s Go Our Separate Ways, Form Separate Countries’ - Dokubo-Asari by tashan: 5:18pm On Dec 05, 2013
Gendarmes in Benin, have done what the Nigerian security agencies refuse to do. Hateful, divisive and inciting speech have no place in today's world. Yet everyday this current administration allows the likes of Dokubo to fan and stoke hateful speech.
Whatever happened to law courts, peaceful demonstrations, picketing........
We cannot move forward as a nation, if we continue to allow lawlessness to perpetuate in our society at all levels, from armored car buying ministers to militants threatening the peace and inciting divisiveness to all you who beat traffic lights and drive one way in Lagos...smh for this country

IS THE BREAK UP OF NIGERIA THE SOLUTION TO ALL THE PROBLEMS FACING THE COUNTRY? You anwser truthfully and you will see where our real problems lie.

great1: Analysing this situation carefully, Jonathan Waited too Long to make this decision.. Putin is the don mafia of politics....
He should have used Oyinola as a scape Goat to send a message to Baraje.. I think Jonathan is under estimating the havoc these packs culd cause to his re-election bid..

Oyinola could have been given the bode george treatment, for daring the power that fed him... With Baraje, the best thing to do with him is to make him Irrelevant..
Its all about taking over the structure of PDP in their states... Baraje can only make noise in Sokoto or wherever he's from...

Amaechi really is just playing for his own pocket.. Nothing else...

Babaginda Aliyu will toll the path of Jonathan, and settle for a ministarial route..knowing fully well the APC will not save the political career of these so called political "gladiators" .....

Finally, let the truth be told, there will always be corruption, and we should focus on other infastructural development Jonathan's tenure had put in place....when Obj was in power he couldn't tackle our light problem when he knew the solution deepdown...

I would rather prefer a Jonathan Regime come 2015 than to embed the destiny of this country in the hands of Undemocratic Psychos who destroyed our democracy in 1986 all in d name of POWER....

Let alone, I'm not here to campaign for Pres. Jonathan, but I give him kudos for holding Nigeria together during the toughest times...

Do you understand the meaning of these two words; accountability and good governance?

Not suprised at all. Anyone who knows this guy's career trajectory will know that there are really no limits .
Scored the highest marks during the interview for ABU's VC position but as with all things Nigerian, politics, sentiments etc made the powers that be upturn the scores. He uses some very novel techniques around dna cloning and sequencing on trypanosome parasites.

Career / Re: Ecobank Nigeria Employees Overworked By The Management by tashan: 11:36am On Jun 30, 2013
What are the facts of this post? Workers in Nigeria are routinely abused; their contracts ignored, work life balance thrown out of the window, harrased and intimidated with queries, sack and disciplinary action. Is this an exclusive preserve of the financial services? NO.
A deeper and more worrying problem in demanding staff to be at work at the weekends might indicate inefficient business processes, insufficient staff strength, cash flow problems

I laugh at those who ask others to find a new job or the sort, the poster is highlighting some of the real issues plaquing Nigeria as a country, lack of worker rights, no consumer protection and a long list of anomalies. smh
Education / Re: Choice by tashan: 8:43pm On Feb 14, 2013
Job prospects in Nigeria, without being a kill joy, there isn't a whole lot of design work done here. In essence, you're left with support and installation these complex electro-mechanical devices. If you push the envelope to include the globe, then by all means go for it becomes very lucrative.........bright engineers are always in demand. Make sure you have the aptitude for programming and be adept in mathematics. BTW, i worked on super wide format industrial digital printing machines for years until last month.
Politics / Re: Lagos Sued For Proposed N500 Toll On Lekki-Ikoyi Bridge by tashan: 9:46am On Nov 27, 2012
So the residents of Lekki,Ikate, Jakande, Osapa, Igbo -efon amd the hundreds of communities lying aong the road cannot leave their homes without paying tolls on the lekki-ikoyi bridge or the admiralty circle toll plaza And you think it's okay and cool to be a prisoner in your own home??
Anyone who knows this lawyer knows he is against exploitation, discrimination and executive excesses of the lagos state government.
Can you compare the roads done within surulere? why are they not concessioned out and tolls paid? Would you know that a good number of middle class workers live on this axis? And they all pay income taxes?

Please let's think wholistically about issues before making applying abuse to the lawyer's actions

Truth be told.....
Lagos is chaotic, dirty, traffic grid-locked, lacking in parks and play grounds, and poor in public transportation. It may be a mega city,it may be fun to live in for several people but at the end of the day, it has a real long way to go in terms of ease of liveability

You shouldn't justify circumventing the law. You should rather offer the poster assistance in purchasing a vehicle that can go through the ports at a good price.

@Eko ile, pls be objective and look at the big picture.
The world is bigger than your local ACN politics.
@lager is simply asking questions that any nominally and unbiased person will ask.
Encouraging us to be vigilant is not enough, we would like him to reel out a few things put in plcae to checkmate terrorism even before it arrives in Lagos.

Politics / Re: Residents Warn Against Uncontrollable Chaos Over Lekki Tolling - SaharaReporters by tashan: 11:37am On Dec 12, 2011
In a country where most people live on less than 1$ a day, Is it morally justifiable that residents pay circa $1 per toll gate to get out of their homes? Almost 6$ a day to and fro through 3 toll gates.   Na wah oh!

All the examples comparing cities around the world with Lagos don't cut it,  the circumstances are completely different and the peoples' perceptions of their governments are different.

What's the point of paying huge income taxes?  I  provide water for my home, the developer of my estate constructed the roads leading to the estate and inside it, we pay for our own security and armed response, i pay for private health care ( there's no general hospital in Lekki axis), i pay for private school.

Now we should also pay  to leave our homes,  they can even come and toll the air we breath

Funny people, make una go toll 3rd mainland bridge, let know you are serious about tolling.
Business / Re: FG Raises Advisory Panel On Fuel Subsidy Removal by tashan: 1:20pm On Oct 28, 2011
@beaf
In case you do not know, subsidy is a birth right,
If the Nigerian government cannot guaranty constant electricity, security of lives and property , good roads, a functional manufacturing sector, social security for the poor and jobless, rail transport, free education, healthcare and several others. Then subsidy is a birthright; that's the only thing the Nigerian people get as a benefit for being Nigerians.
Countries in europe that do not have subsidies have all the items listed above for their citizens.

SUBSIDY IS OUR BIRTHRIGHT.
