1. Get a high-demand skill.
Organizations don't hire just because they want to hire, they hire because the person can add value to the organization. Do you currently have a skill set that can improve the organization?

Have you invested enough time to get experience, build projects and put the skill to work to get results?

3. Grow your network

Do people who know you know that you are proficient in the area you are seeking for a job? As a job seeker, you can't keep your search to yourself.
