Gaming business is highly profitable. Just a few days old in the biz yet am making an average of #1200 daily with just two consoles.

What is Rohr's deal? A blind man can see that Iwobi must always be Mikel's replacement but yet he keeps the boy on the wings and plays god knows who there.
Oh Yes... Iwobi can be Mikels replacement. Rohr should do the needful johr

I love this thread

Onyekuru is not a Top 9, this has been extensively discussed on this thread already. Playing him there will have similar effects to playing Iheanacho there

Which Ighalo should they try again? Has he not been over tried in that position?

Martins? So that he will waste our time the way Joel wasted our time, abi?
Friendlies are to test players. Look for the best you have & test them if they can perform in the GWG... It is not a waste of time.

Or do you want the team to keep runing around without shots at goal.

We conceded 4goals in two friendlies though 2 were cancelled & we score only 1.

What will happen when the competition starts proper. Let's keep emotional sentiments aside & give the best players equal opportunities.

N/B: Not all players, THE BEST PLAYERS equal opportunities to prove themselves.

Up Super Eagles

Weaknesses:

No creativity from the midfield without mikel,

No good striker to bank on,

Keeper issues (I still don't have faith in Uzoho he clearly can't keep us in the game with those wow saves like Enyeama always did),

Positives: Our defence line is almost there. Awaziem had a good game & we still have balogun. I believe Ebuehi wasn't fit, nevertheless Rohr should make the position competitive &use the best player we can get.

My Opinion: Martins, Ighalo, Henry Onyekuru should be tried for the top 9 position.

Questions: How do we get a backup for Mikel Obi?
Will Uzoho come out better before the WC starts proper?

Efcc should help with information. the wait is becoming tiring and frustrating. they should shortlist candidates so that those who didn't make it would move on
I tire o.
We have other plans, hence that should let know whatsup so we'd take our planB. I getting so confused here.

Is like you are not getting this.No matter how good a goal-keeper or defence is , a poor mid-field will expose them and make them look average or even poor.

The game is won and lost in the middle.

France identified Onazi input to super Eagles mid-field and sought to eliminate him.Even after the match their coach even said"I watched the Eagles previous matches and observed that Onazi contributes more than Mikel, I told my players, if we are to win this match you must pay special attention to Onazi"He also said he never told them to maim Onazi.
I slightly agree with you, but the goal didn't come from a build up in the midfield. I was from a cross when Enyaema was out of position.

Anyways, we should look at getting a replacement for Mikel just incase something goes wrong.

If Sokari is good enough then let's invite for our next friendly game

you are talking of way back 4 years ago....
if you must know...how he makes the world cup team that year still a mystery only God knows....
Okay, but another good midfielder in the like of Mikel will be great.

It was not Ramon Azeez, It was Reuben Gabriel... We lost the midfield after Onazi's injury and it was just a matter of time
Okay, if it was Reuben Gabriel then I think he should be invited; If his current form is good enough. Eyaema is to be blamed for that lose

Am not good with knowing the Nigerian players, but in our game against France, a certain Ramom Azeez came on for Onazi when he got the ankel knock. We lost the the game some minutes later and most Nigerian fans attributed the lose to onazi not being on the pitch but if the truth be told; Enyaema gifted France the win on that day and it had nothing much to do with Onazi's absence. Well, I loved the holding of the ball and the passes in center of the pitch when Ramon Azeez came in, but I don't know if his current form is good enough for SE.

John Ogu and Ramon Azeez will be a good add up to Mikel and Onazi in the center of the pitch. That's if Ramon's current form is good enough.

[Iwobi doesn't miss a goal for the Super Eagles and the combo between Iwobi and Nacho was a delight to watch. I must say we have quality players going forward but they should avoid being selfish ]

If we play 3-5-2

Moses is going to partner upfront with Ighalo (or whoever strikes)

Because we would be rendering ourselves a disservice to use Moses as wing back. We would starve ourselves of Moses usefulness upfront and Ebuehi's defensive/attacking guile.

This is our best 3-5-2 formation IMO

------------Awaziem----Ekong----Balogun----------------

Ebuehi--------Onazi-------------Ndidi---------------Idowu

-----------------------Mikel---------------------------------

Moses
Ighalo

This is a terror squad.

Ebuehi is fast. HE recovers fast to help defensively and he overlaps very well in the attack. He even delivered a sweet cross to Iheanacho which the latter did not convert.

Moses will terrorize the opponent with speed and dribbles on the counter.

Bryan Idowu is a good set piece taker and he also knows how to score.

Iwobi/Simon/Onyekuru can come in for Moses later in the game when we have a comfortable lead or if we have to switch back to 4-3-3

Ighalo will perform better than Iheanacho as a target man. He will pose problem to his defenders. Him and Moses will be a deadly combo.

Overall this is a defensive formation. Even our strikers (Moses, Ighalo) can defend. Even teams like Germany would find us hard to break if we sit and defend like against Germany while we slaughter them on the counter if they are not careful. [/quote]

Yes, the game against the Argentines was just a friendly, but the Super Eagles prosecuted that game in class and any team that overlooks that result is doing it at its own peril.
I have not had the time take a another look at the game but I'd confidently say we THRASHED Argentina I don't know how the magic happened but I think that formation (3-5-2) could be an asset for our team, it should be mastered and used in the game against the Croatian team.
In that friendly against Argentina we could have scored more goals than we did score or maybe we even had more scoring chances than they did; So 3-5-2 will work against Croatia if prosecuted rightly.
On to the next one; Slow/Selfish Play: This alone is enough to make us crash out of the group and Victor Moses is an issue when it comes to this; He holds the ball too much Genort Rohr needs to talk some sense into him b/c this is World cup, Not Nations Cup.
But can anyone take his place at least for the against Croatia? That's if he doesn't learn following the friendlies prior to the Mundial.
