Religion / Re: Can A New Christian Convert Keep All His 4 Wives Or Send Three Away? by TeeSure: 11:33am On Nov 03
Daejumong:
Hi Daejumong, I am a new Christian convert with 4 wives! My pastor said I need to send three of my women away except the first wife! He said it is called restitution and it’s important for my new life in Christ!

My wives have all given their lives to Christ as well and I love them and not keen on sending any of them away.
I am a 38yr old man living in the northern part of Nigeria and I used to be a Muslim .

Sir, what should I do? Can’t I keep all of them and we all serve God together?

You should not send the wives away... But you can't serve as a Bishop/Pastor in church. That's all

Good attempt.

I think the choice of audio should have been more in line with west African accent

Also, the last frame with the little boy looks more American than Niger. It would have been better to put a young boy in a wartorn area.

Subscribed to the channel..looking forward to more updates.

I love this... Good Critique and encouragement.

Politics / Re: Was Tinubu’s Speech ‘leaked’? What To Know About Presidential Broadcasts by TeeSure: 3:33pm On Aug 04

The leak is non-issue. Other than to demonstrate that in the chain , there is an editor partisan enough to embarrass the presidency.

The speech is the issue.

clear demands being made by the people.

The speech would have done well to meets at least some of the demands mid-way and state why others will jeopardize the nation’s long term interest.

The speech is a missed opportunity. Appears the president do not appreciate his situation.

The heat is yet to come.

BRILLIANT

You probably did the "Data Based" and not "Speed Based". Reach out to Airtel to change your plan ONLY on the 5G Router.

It was speed based bro. Used it twice and abandoned it. I even called them. The one of 20k on their 5G router

David Lyon could have won this election for APC without stress but greedy and selfishness will not allow them to take an informed decision.

Who be David Lyon?

ExudeLoveToAll:

Lyon was closer to the grassroots than Sylva. Your ability to interface with the common people on the street is what makes you gain popularity that's what Sylva doesn't have unlike Lyon. Sylva was just closer to the corridors of power but not to the real voters of the elections.

If Lyon had contested he would have failed woefully. Lyon won last time because Bayelsans were against Dickson.

It is up to bayelsans to determine who governs them.
I'd wanted David Lyon instead of this man undecided

U need to understand that Bayelsans did not vote for Lyon because they loved him but because they were in rebellion against Dickson. Even if Lyon should contest now he will loose.
Romance / Re: Should I Confront The Girl That purposely Accused Me of getting her pregnant? by TeeSure: 12:52pm On Jun 07, 2023
gaddafe:

Do not do that. That's none of your business now. Your business is to meet the father and clear your name. Meeting the girl and asking her of such can go either way especially as you don't know who she later turned out to be. Meet the Dad and the man will explain things to you. If she later finds the need to apologize, fine. If not, let her be.

You're definitely not a child. Very matured advice.

Hillsong is a church, sadly a lot of people live in a bubble and haven't stretched themselves to see what else there is. Pastor Brian and Bobbie Houston are its founders. They have branches in major cities across the world, and minister to the locals in that country. What I can say about most of the African churches that we make noise about, is that the simply provide a service for their kind overseas and nothing else. Hillsong ministers to all and is located not far from Oxford Street in London for instance, while most CE branches are in areas that are popular with Nigerians. 95% of church members in reddened, Christ embassy, winners etc in the west are Africans, predominantly Nigerians. These lot aren't reaching any lost here, but providing an extended service of their churches to their Nigerian clients. Similar to mama Calabar restaurant and co in London, these restaurants have 95% plus Nigerian guest and simply cater to them. Just as these restaurants provide a service for their kind in the west, so are most of these churches. All those videos you see of white members fronting for the church is to make folks think they are reaching the lost. CE bermondsey, Christ embassy barking area, redeemed Jesus house, VPA church barking Essex and winners all provide an extended service to Nigerians and nothing else. Even the location of these other churches are in African areas.

I love your detailed reports...

You can't be crowned until your dad is dead, you don't want a polygamus home. Why worry yourself? Sir, live in peace and let them not cause a problem in your family. When the time comes, I wouldn't be surprised if their Oracle chooses another on the accusations you killed your father to become King. I believe this is a conspiracy against your dad, be wise and stay out of it. This is what I would do if I'm in your shoes.

Perfect... Pls take this advise

Why is it that when you guys want to go into politics that you remember your people?

You used the same people to call yourselves militants, activists and leaders.
After collecting money, positions and leadership, you left the same people worse off than you met them.

They still cannot even go back to their traditional trade and work because their environment is so polluted, nothing can survive there.

Ijaw, their neighbors and people of Goodwill must come together to save their land from opportunists.

Why must the card expire?

Mine expired in January, they're asking for 5k for renewal
Politics / Re: National ID Card: The Reason For The Delay? by TeeSure: 2:02pm On Mar 18, 2020
apach4ever:
The reason behind the delay is simple economics. The cards are of the prepaid variety and a bank thought it would be good business for them to corner the market and partner with NIMC to issue the cards alone and bear the cost of production. The thinking was that if every Nigerian gets the card and loads it with just N1,000 they will suddenly have N200bn in additional deposits.

Instead of them to partner with other banks, they wanted to reap the potential benefits alone. Unfortunately, once the initial batch of cards were produced, Nigerians used them only as a form of ID and did not load funds on them or use them as payment cards from where transaction fees can be charged so the poor bank had a deep hole in their pocket with no benefit so they stopped producing.

Now other banks having seen that the business doesn't make sense are wary to take up the mandate with NIMC which is why NIMC also announced that once your card expires, it will cost N1,000 to replace it.

My take is simple, NIMC should charge anyone that wants the physical card for the cost of production because it will be hard to find any bank that will willingly do Father Christmas in this day and age especially when even NIMC's account is with CBN's TSA.
