Hey friends some useful information: I was at the HR regional office in Abuja and I met with one of them and i was told that the reason we haven’t been contacted is because the Bank is embarking on an optimization process, this means that the Bank will be closing up some branches especially those that are non profitable and when they do they will have more staff to deploy to areas where they have need for staff, when this is done they will now be able to enumerate what vacancies they have left, then they will start calling also that the new intakes will be strictly operational staff and all other existing staff from manager level upward will be moved to marketing. He finally said that majority will be posted to the far Northern states and only one or two will end up in Abuja.

Please For any one who has information, after filling the pre-employment form whats next?
