It's pretty voluminous but it is not so difficult.

Go to the 'working for us' page, click on the particular position so as to get the desirable and essential competencies required.

Download the application pack and fill as required. The areas you would encounter challenges are the competencies page. I'd advice you print out the competencies applicable to the post from the 'behavourial competencies' page so that you can draw up a good picture.

Please try to read the 'Guidance for completing application pack' before completing the form, it hepls.

When you are satisfied with what you have filled, send to the email addy provided.
P.S : If you are using a cafe, print out the job and person specification details, the competencies applicable to the post. You can print or read the guidance especially the part on 'STAR or PHIRO' structures. Go home and draw up good examples then come back to fill the forms.
